Shocking service from @AvantiWestCoast Timetable & tickets only released 5 days ago and then they still cancel all but 1 train at hour. Can’t even stick to a 5 day old timetable on a non-strike day. Terrible decision to award the service to them @transportgovuk

@Fortnums I got no reply to this email and still cannot place an order on your website. I have been trying for three weeks. My husband’s account works but mine freezes on “processing order” even though the payment has been confirmed. Please advise.
