How Does Minehood Generate and Distribute Game Revenue? Every paid action in Minehood is made in ETH, including mine entries, pickaxe upgrade attempts, marketplace commissions, rentals, store purchases, guilds, and name changes. All collected ETH is distributed once a day across three main categories: 1️⃣ Game Fees 50% → Players’ Reward Pool Up to 10% → Token Burn 10% → Liquidity 2️⃣ Market & Rental Commissions Up to 10% → Token Burn 30% → Liquidity 3️⃣ Store Revenue Up to 5% → Token Burn 15% → Liquidity Here's how each allocation works. 🧵👇 🔥 Token Burn The burn allocation is a maximum limit that scales with the token's market value. Throughout the day, tokens are purchased from the pool in small transactions, each respecting a price impact limit, and sent to the dead address (0x...dEaD), permanently removing them from circulation. Any portion of the burn allocation that isn't used goes toward purchasing tokens for the Players’ Reward Pool. 🏆 Players’ Reward Pool The allocated ETH is used to buy $MHD from the liquidity pool to fund that day's player rewards. 💧 Liquidity The allocated ETH is added to the $MHD Uniswap v4 liquidity pool every day through the Treasury Safe, a multisig wallet. Half of the ETH is swapped for $MHD, ensuring both sides of the liquidity pool are added. The liquidity position is permanently locked (0x...dEaD). Nobody can withdraw it.
