🚨 HUGE: Ron DeSantis is urging every Florida voter to say YES on Amendment 3.
It would raise the homestead exemption on non-school property taxes from about $51,000 today to $150,000 in 2027, then $250,000 in 2028.
It would also cut the yearly cap on assessment hikes for rentals, second homes, and businesses from 10% to 5%.
It needs 60% to pass. Every single vote counts.
Florida families shouldn't have to RENT their homes from the government.

Chainalysis tracked over 138m. x402 transactions on Base. Now imagine AI agents paying for data, computing power and services while competitors can potentially track their transactions on public blockchains.
Would businesses really want that?
Here’s what caught my attention..Fhenix has already built Fhenix402, using encrypted payments on Base. They’ve demonstrated it on testnet, so we’re not talking about a commercial breakthrough yet.
Of course they’re not the only ones exploring this.
Makes me wonder..if AI agents become major users of blockchain payments, could privacy become one of the most important pieces of infrastructure?

Richard Heart (Richard James Schueler), an American citizen and founder of HEX, PulseChain, and PulseX, was detained in Istanbul on an Interpol red notice requested solely by Finland. The notice is for alleged tax matters in Finland - not a U.S. criminal charge.
The U.S. SEC’s civil case against him (claiming unregistered offerings) was dismissed in 2025 for lack of jurisdiction.
There is no U.S. indictment.
As an American, he deserves due process and protection from being held on a foreign tax allegation that has been misrepresented in Turkish statements as “$1 billion U.S./Finland crypto fraud.”
Please look into his situation and ensure a U.S. citizen is not left stranded abroad on an inaccurate Interpol request.
