Remember when Christian Watson was carted off the field in Denver, went to the hospital and stayed OVERNIGHT just to be told he had literally nothing wrong with his body?
Dude was practicing 3 days later and played the following week without an injury designation.

the adjustment for GB on offense is simple. no running on 1st downs/get Kraft involved on shorter routes. (unless the OL is so bad he has to help out there)/pepper Golden with targets before the 4th Quarter.
I'm glad Wicks is playing well but Golden at times has looked like the best WR on the team and Christian Watson has been incredible. Jayden Reed just had a serious injury. sometimes a move is a win-win for both.
Jordan Love was 2nd in EPA per play in 2025, 9th in 2024(injury plagued season), 5th in 2023. also in the 2nd halves he was 6th/3rd/3rd. so basically get back to me what is it in week 8-10. single game epa is pretty meaningless. the longer sample size is better.

Cubs have 11 guys that have a wRC+ above league average and the 2 that don't are Dansby Swanson and Nico Hoerner. people underrate what just not having bad players in a lineup really means especially when you have the best player in the sport. put some respect on our lineup.
people are also being a tad presumptuous that Bregman is for sure out. let's say the worst happens the cubs still have an above average replacement with Pedro Ramirez/or Matt Shaw. it's not like it's a dust option. their worst hitter is what Dansby Swanson or Nico? like the cubs are an easy out is ridiculous.
