The two men who stabbed him are illegal aliens. The media that spends its time on people who resist ICE has been quiet about the detective who lived.
If ICE had been allowed to do its job, the attackers might already have been gone. Every sanctuary official in New York owns what happened to him.

🚨BREAKING: Ron DeSantis is warning Floridians that abandoning a dog in the path of Hurricane Isaias is a felony, and that anyone who does it will be held accountable.
Florida’s Trooper’s Law, which took effect 1 October 2025, makes it a third-degree felony to restrain a dog outside and then leave it during a natural disaster or evacuation order. The law is named for a bull terrier that a Florida Highway Patrol trooper found tied to a fence on I-75 in Tampa as floodwaters rose ahead of Hurricane Milton in 2024.
The dog, later named Trooper, was pulled out and adopted. DeSantis called it cruel at the time and said the state would hold anyone who mistreats pets accountable.
As evacuations for Isaias get underway, state officials are repeating the warning. Pet-friendly shelters are open. Leaving a dog tied up outside with a hurricane coming is no longer just a fine. It is a felony.

New York Gov. Kathy Hochul has declared a statewide disaster emergency over a rapidly growing measles outbreak.
New York has confirmed 108 cases this year, including 92 since July 15.
Pennsylvania is dealing with an extraordinary outbreak: 1,004 confirmed cases so far this year.
For comparison, Pennsylvania recorded just 17 measles cases in all of 2019 and averaged only 4.4 cases a year from 2010–2019.
The New York emergency expands access to MMR vaccinations and measles testing.
And it doesn’t matter that HHS under RFK Jr. has said the MMR vaccine is crucial.

Our neighbor's orange cat has successfully gaslit our entire street into thinking he's a stray and starving. Last night we had a neighborhood block party and found out that literally six different houses have designated bowls for him, and everyone has a different name for him. To us he's 'Rusty,' but the retired couple at number 12 calls him 'Sir Reginald' and feeds him actual salmon. He's currently asleep on my porch, thick as a bowling ball, living a double life that would make a secret agent jealous.
