I paid for another one way ticket.
We are 35 minutes delayed cause your personal cannot count passengers while trying to balance the plane weight.

Hey @vueling I tried checking in online, your site declined since I'm traveling with children and asked to show up at the counter.
I did and due to the long line in BCN I got there a bit over one hour before the flight. The check in closed before they printed the boarding passes.
