It is my belief that many devs right now are not maximizing what they can do with automatic programming because they still look at the code. Doing it makes you the bottleneck. Your time is better invested in new ideas, QA, design, and asking yourself what is your goal.

@bcherny - would love to have `plan` mode also have an exit option that is `Clear context and use /goal to implement plan` I find myself just exiting, copying the plan path, and then letting `/goal` loop on it.

Is there anyone building a platform that lets me build a SMART-on-FHIR app once and then distribute it into many EHRs (Epic, Oracle Health/Cerner, Athena, etc.) without separately negotiating and integrating with each health system? I’d pay for this, today.
