Here’s the BW lifegain list I used (along with Jund Sacrifice) to hit Mythic this month. Been playing this since EOE, so I’m pretty happy with the list. Confidant is gas. Spectacular Spider-Man in the SB was the real game changer to fix the removal-heavy matchups. #wotcstaff
ALT Deck 1 Swamp (UND) 92 4 Godless Shrine (RNA) 248 2 Multiversal Passage (SPM) 180 6 Plains (UND) 88 4 Case of the Uneaten Feast (MKM) 10 4 Hinterland Sanctifier (J25) 5 4 Haliya, Guided by Light (EOE) 19 4 Amalia Benavides Aguirre (LCI) 221 1 Aunt May (SPM) 3 3 Shattered Sanctum (SOS) 260 2 Starscape Cleric (BLB) 116 3 Moseo, Vein's New Dean (SOS) 91 3 Lunar Convocation (BLB) 223 4 Enlightened Confidant (FRA) 5 3 Starting Town (FIN) 289 2 Erode (SOS) 15 2 Liliana the Faultless (FRA) 200 2 Ajani Resolute (FRA) 195 4 Concealed Courtyard (OTJ) 268 2 Leonardo, Cutting Edge (TMT) 15 Sideboard 3 Spectacular Spider-Man (SPM) 14 4 Duress (STA) 29 4 Curious Farm Animals (TLA) 14 2 Seam Rip (EOE) 34 2 Strategic Betrayal (TDM) 94
BW lifegain has been my pet deck for a while, and this card is the real deal. In that deck specifically, it's better than Confidant ever was (you get the card sooner/more reliably in the face of removal). This+Ajani+Liliana made the deck way better. #wotcstaff
We've had our hands on #MTGFracture for a minute now, and @SethManfield's starting to get excited about a few cards. Here's why he thinks Enlightened Confidant is one to watch:

This one was an all-timer. I won zero games by attacking and 6 by Mathemagics, and 1 with Tidecaller. Libraried a ton. And Charmed the Lecturer to deck them on turn 5 one game. I may never top this. #MTGStrixhaven #wotcstaff
I was incorrect on WeeklyMTG today--there are more Mystical Archive cards still to be revealed! #wotcstaff
