Huge thanks to @cleartheshelf and @ChrisRacic for having me on the CTS Podcast!
Kind of a full-circle moment for me. The OA Challenge played a huge role in helping me get my start in online arbitrage.
We only had an hour, so there was no way we could cover everything, but it was a blast talking shop and reflecting on the journey with some true veterans.
If you’re interested in hearing how I went from getting started to building a business doing over $200K/month in revenue, give it a watch!

$200,000 reimbursed in 11 days.
Passed our latest milestone, almost 7,500 of you have given @FlipAlert a shot and that just is a bit unreal.
Quite a few improvements over the last month on how our sourcing and reporting modules work.
From cutting down 90% of private label items in our flips section to enabling clear P&Ls and replenishment reports.
What’s next?
We’ve been beta testing the FA mobile app and chrome extension to release soon. Both built over the last 13 months on features we’ve always wanted. More to come there.
New modules?
Lead tracking backed by both FAs amazon modules and @Lemmebuyit_ for up to date retail pricing on millions of items you’re monitoring so you know exactly when to purchase or replen.
Two new sourcing systems focused on Amazon directly ahead of Q4.
On a personal level I’ve been spending time away from screens more in prep for November. I appreciate everyone who keeps giving us a shot at helping your business grow or thrive.
Wouldn’t be able to do this without the folks who use FA every day.
Quietly nearing $4,000,000 reimbursed for Amazon sellers through @FlipAlert
No extra cost and no fees.
We’ve also continued to upgrade reporting, analytics, cashflow, P&Ls, and more.
Last night, sales went live at a big-box retailer and we were able to deploy $50K in just a few hours. 🤯
Tonight, Prime Day goes live and I’m expecting some incredible opportunities.
@FlipAlert has quickly become a huge part of our operation. Not only is the software handling our reimbursement workflows, but it’s also surfacing some insane A2A and A2W flips.
You’d be surprised how many retailers Amazon price matches during these major sales events. 👀
If there’s one thing I’ve learned over the years, it’s that diversifying your sourcing methods is a must. Relying on a single category, retailer, or sourcing strategy puts your entire business at risk.
The more ways you can find profitable inventory, the more opportunities you’ll have when everyone else is fighting over the same deals.
More capital deployed.
More opportunities found.
More money recovered.
Don’t sleep. 😴
Q4 is officially heating up. 🔥
Q4 starts NOW!!!!
Heading into the busiest stretch of the year at a 283k rolling 30-day run rate across marketplaces:
Amazon — $213.3K
Walmart — $41.1K
eBay — $20.7K
Mercari — $7.8K
Amazon is still up 115% YoY, Walmart continues to grow into a much bigger part of the business, and we’re entering Q4 with more diversification than ever before!
100% online arbitrage.
LFG 🚀
Discord has been banned in the Philippines due to the government deeming it a danger to children.
Readers added context they thought people might want to know
Discord has not been banned in the Philippines. The CICC extended its ultimatum for local presence after Discord pledged cooperation on safety measures; reported access issues are ISP-specific (e.g. Globe) rather than a full government ban.

The amount of nostalgia on my Twitter feed has been bringing a smile to my face.
Here’s a shot of my office during peak PS5 season in 2021. 😂
This is where the hustle really began.
Late night drives to Target to pick up a stack of consoles. Coming back home to a group of friends who were all doing the exact same thing. Boxes everywhere. Constantly hunting for the next restock and trying to figure out how to turn the opportunity in front of us into something bigger.
At the time, I had no idea where any of it would lead.
Five years later, it’s incredible to look back and see how far I was able to take this business. What started with PS5s, GPUs, and flipping whatever I could get my hands on eventually turned into a real operation and completely changed my life.
I’ll always be grateful for this era. Not just for the money or the opportunity, but for the memories, the friendships, and everything it taught me.
2021 was a different time. ⚡️
Never forget where you started. 🚀
Shout out to @AscendFBA for the insane ping last night went super fast but got 10 units LFG! $3272.60 BOOM!
August is a WRAP! 🚀
Amazon: $237,956.24
Walmart: $45,854.61
Total Sales: $283,810.85 📈
So proud of my team and their ability to operate at this level.
Month after month, we continue to raise the bar, improve our systems, and prove what’s possible with the right people and processes in place.
This is our new combined sales dashboard, giving us one place to track both Amazon + Walmart and see the bigger picture.
Huge shoutout to @sellerboard for continuing to build tools that make running a multichannel business easier!
Nearly $284K in August — and we’re just getting started.
Q4 is officially on the horizon.
Time to level up. 🔥
There’s something magical about looking up and watching the Earth cast its shadow across the Moon.
For a few minutes you’re reminded that we’re all standing on a giant rock, spinning through space, watching three worlds perfectly align.
No screens. No business. No noise.
Just the universe doing its thing.
Pretty fucking incredible. 🌕🌎🌑

Selling online is the modern day path to financial freedom
- @thetoyinvestor
Last week one of my VAs told me his family had been affected by flooding. Their house was completely underwater.
I pulled him aside and told him I wanted to send his family some money to help with food and whatever else they needed.
He broke down. He told me how grateful he was and that he would never forget that moment.
We hit $250K in rolling 30-day sales this week, but that wasn’t my biggest win.
This was.
Building a business is great.
Being able to use that business to take care of the people who helped you build it means a hell of a lot more.
Anyone else getting absolutely hammered with spam calls lately?
I’m getting 10+ calls a day, mostly business loans, funding offers, lines of credit, etc.
Has anyone actually figured out a way to significantly reduce these without changing your number?
Blocking them individually feels pointless because they just call from another number. 😂
Would love to hear what’s actually worked for other business owners.
STORY TIME.
How did I get into reselling?
It started in the summer of 2021.
I stumbled into a Discord community that was flipping GPUs during the absolute insanity of the crypto boom.
I jumped in.
Then crypto crashed.
GPU demand died.
So I reinvented myself.
I moved into PS5s when they were nearly impossible to get and demand was through the roof.
That eventually led to my first $1,000,000 in revenue.
Then PS5s died too.
Once again, I had to reinvent myself.
That’s when I discovered Amazon.
And here’s the part most people don’t know:
I was still bartending through all of this.
I was building the business while working my regular job.
But once I saw what was possible with Amazon, I knew I couldn’t keep treating this like something I did on the side.
If I wanted to find out how far I could actually take it, I had to go all in.
So I quit my job.
No safety net.
No guaranteed paycheck.
No Plan B.
Sink or swim.
And looking back, I genuinely believe putting myself in that position is one of the reasons I was able to get where I am today.
I’m NOT saying everyone should quit their job tomorrow. 😂
But I know how I’m wired.
I needed the pressure.
I needed the uncertainty.
I needed that little bit of fear in the back of my mind telling me:
You better figure this shit out.
And I did.
GPUs died.
I adapted.
PS5s died.
I adapted.
And eventually those pivots led me to the business I’m building today.
The biggest lesson I’ve learned?
Don’t become emotionally attached to the opportunity. Become attached to the game.
Opportunities come and go.
Your ability to adapt is the real moat.
