additional context added, massive bids for YES come in pushing price to 99.1c , if im understing correctly the line in the rules which says:
a consensus of credible reporting may also be used to resolve this market, provided they establish that a live run met the conditions above
seems probly their were ppl watching the run and confirming the 0-60 run was less than 1s , are essenly credible reporting, looks like it will resolve to YES , i knew it would probly would resolve to that but the rules did leave a chance for NO , ive seen these books before flip based on ppl not understing rules correctly ,
also big sharp wallets were on the Y side where on the N side not as much , which is always an indication to take into considertion.
managed to buy 2c and sell some into 4-5c , but most of the position is lost probly , didnt size up big on this one so whatever, but was an intresting one to share.

in the livestream on the run of 0-60 roadster , there was a digital time on screen , claiming it was 1:00 sec, but after elon said "less than 1sec" ,then they run a second run in a diff location , with no live meter , but only after the fact about 30-60sec after pull up a meter that said "0.8 sec" that was not shown on stream , so elon is essenlty clamining it was 0.81 sec but it was not shown. here where the rules come in:
The qualifying run must be timed, and the resulting time must be demonstrated, not merely claimed. A qualifying demonstration includes an onstage or on-screen display of a timer, speedometer, or other instrumentation showing the vehicle's elapsed time during the run, or an official Tesla-published time for that specific live run. Remote control is permitted.
The following will NOT qualify for a "Yes" resolution:
A bare verbal claim by Tesla, Elon Musk, or any presenter that the Roadster "did" or "can do" a sub-1-second 0-60 time, without a demonstrated live run establishing that time- Any simulation, animation, or pre-recorded video of the run appearing to achieve this time, shown at the event but not performed

This market will resolve to "Yes" if any version of the Roadster (including a prototype or other non-final version) that is physically present at the event performs a maneuver, under its own power, that makes the entire vehicle, including all four wheels, completely airborne, with no part contacting the ground or any supporting structure, for one continuous interval of at least 1.0 seconds. Otherwise, this market will resolve to "No".
The qualifying maneuver may use any method of propulsion (e.g., thrusters, suspension, or any other onboard mechanism), but the vehicle must propel itself into the air entirely on its own. A powered jump qualifies even if onboard propulsion does not continuously support the vehicle while airborne. Remote control is permitted.
The following will NOT qualify for a "Yes" resolution:
- The vehicle using its own momentum to launch off a ramp, incline, or similar structure
- The vehicle being lifted, thrown, or otherwise assisted in becoming or remaining airborne by any external means, including but not limited to cables, cranes, rigging, drones, or people
- The vehicle using an external power supply during the maneuver
- Any footage, simulation, animation, or pre-recorded video of the vehicle appearing to fly, shown at the event but not performed live
