Just 27% of the British public think Boris Johnson's prorogation of Parliament is acceptable.
Suspending democracy is a sign of weakness not strength. Johnson knows No Deal would be rejected by the public and Parliament in a vote.

Having looked at this again you could make the case for the guy being fined for telling the police to "f*** off," which is clearly illegal and stupid behaviour. So if you are the police you can say there was no punishment for covering his face, just for the yobbish behaviour.
