ALT St. Jude patient Juan is standing in the middle wearing a red shirt and blue jeans, in between his parents. His mom is on his left side in a green long-sleeve top, and his dad is on his right side in a gray long-sleeve top. All three are outdoors in front of green bushes, wearing festive reindeer antler headbands and posing closely together in a cheerful holiday-themed setting.
