It is not about the health of the person but what monetary value they have. RIGHT @MethodistHosp @molinahealth @UHC Push 'em out waaaay out
Then another is done after but she holding her site because cool with another tech who or what she will do for 1
coworkers. So unfair ...I am tired of being patient. I got this to do too ! @DaVita
And annoying patients are rude. I am done but I have to have patient why they take off this entitled dude who thinks he should be 1st in everything. He is lot ...u got being shorter, get his breathing ready fold up his blankets. (@DaVita
The cycle of mistreated reigns again.....the most annoying patients get catered to despite others patients who are finished @DaVita
Insurance companies need to stop saying they're in the healthcare business because they do not care about the health of clients. They only want to line their pockets & provide the bare minimum any chance they get. @MTMSocial #Access2Care #HelpThemselves @UHC @molinahealth
This timing messing up my entire day as I will have to wait longer to get picked up. And this is an ongoing problem that can be fixed but some @DaVita are.too.selfish
I just don't understand how you can be so uncaring in a field where part of your job is to care. @DaVita you may want to review your hiring practices and have required training every 5 years
36 minutes AFTER my scheduled time my treatment FINALLY starts. This is so wrong. This entire staff needs to be restrained and learn sensitivity and how to be helpful to benefit patients @DaVita
It boggles my mind on how you can clearly see a person in need and a coworker in need and you walk by unbotrhered without offering the slightest bit of help @DaVita
I am now 30 mins late for my scheduled time due to the selfish nature of some. @DaVita when someone finally comes he has to set the machine, a task that could have been done by staff who are doing nothing
People they just calleded in are receiving care and I am still waiting @DaVita this is ridiculous...instead of relieving people they are stressing me out
You cannot be selfish in healthcare. It is all about helping people...not just when your part is done or when it is convenient for you or when you feel like it @DaVita
They just called someone from the lobby in. They will be on the machine before I do and I have been in my chair since 5:30. It is the concept of helping another employee when they clearly need it to hard for the staff learn @DaVita
My chair is for 6am. This means I should not be waiting. Only one person is on because he complains and is super needy. @DaVita the other person has to have a nurse and then there is me a stick
After that she then starts looking at the computer, "pretends to work on schedule for next shift, and then sits. When another nurse calls her out on it, she continues to do nothing for waiting patients unless a tech in the bay asks her a direct question @DaVita
I am literally looking at staff in my working water sitting down talking to each other instead of trying to help other staffers. One is only responsible for 2 people. She puts them on then walks to a waterless bay to work on machines for people who can't have dialysis @DaVita
Well another Monday morning @Davita. This the water is off but not on my side. About 72 people can be on the machine at the last time. So if one side doesn't have water, that means you half of the staff waiting to be put on. Then why am I still waiting...the I, Me Mine phase
Please @DaVita review how you schedule staff. I know it is supposed to be 4 patients to 1 tech but some techs can't handle that load. Some move slower than slow frustrating patients. This results in patients being late for appointments, work, and other things.
