Here's how u fix America's teacher problem:
1) Expel students who repeatedly disrupt the teaching environment.
2) Put the responsibility back on the shoulders of the parents. More often than not, schools don't fail students, parents fail their kids.
Hundreds of school districts are currently dealing with βThe Great Teacher Resignationβ.
And now they have a new problemβ¦βThe Never Applying in the First Placeβ.
