To a man, DEPRESSION is often just:
- No gym
- No time out
- No enough sleep
- Bad diet
- Too much screentime
- Zero purpose
- Toxic bonds
- No time with family
Do this;
- Wake up by 5-6am
- Hit a 50-minute walk
- Sleep for 7-8 hours
- Eat clean (A lot of proteins, vitamins)
- Stop aimless scrolling
- Commit to a project that'll keep your engaged.
- Have an uplifting circle of friends
- Spend time with family
As a man
Never stay at home.
Go out, make friends, and create new connections.

As bad as you think USAID was, it's worse.
In the 1960's USAID funded the Brazillian governments adoption of the Marxist education program of Paulo Freire. Freire's entire education program was created to indoctrinate students into Marxist ideology, and USAID funded it.

Trabalhe, poupe, seja prudente e forte.
-Facilitar o acesso a drogas e jogo.

Dear men, this is your daily reminder to get married.
It’s not about looks after 24 years of marriage.
Your wife is the only person who chose to love you.
Your mother loves you because you are her son.
Your siblings love you because you are their brother.
Your children love you because you are their father.
But your wife loved you with no obligation.
She believed in you when no one else did.
She stood by you not because she had to, but because she wanted to.
Never forget the woman who chose to build her world around you.
Respect her. Protect her.
Because a woman’s pure, loyal love is the strongest foundation a man will ever have.

⚠️Bitcoin is useless for 95% of the world.⚠️
🟥The BTC haters are correct - but not how you think!
✅Bitcoin is a speculative asset with zero fundamental value in the same way electricity is a speculative commodity with zero fundamental value.
✅For the majority of human history electricity has been of zero use. If you time-travelled modern electricity means or batteries in to the past it would be zero use.
✅The ancients would gain more value out of a battery as a paperweight than to use it for electricity.
✅Likewise if you sent a lightbulb back in time they'd be too busy to even look at it because they gotta go to sea to kill the next whale to light their home.
Bitcoin is a useless tool for 95% of the world because they are living in the ancient world.
Electricity is still useless for 5%-10% of the world because they have no electric grid to make use of it.
Bitcoin takes electricity to produce, currently it costs over $70,000 in electrical cost just to mine one.
The people who say "Bitcoin is useless" aren't wrong... they are right but only in their worldview.
The bet that matters is "which world is the standard in the future."
In the modern world cows and horses are useless for transportation and electricity is useful. In the ancient world electricity is useless and horses are useful.
"Bitcoin is useless" is technically correct but it isn't the dunk haters think it is.🤡
You're so focused on being technically correct you're forgetting the lens you're judging something's use is in decline itself.🤦♂️
The future is digital, electric, AI, robotic, deflationary, geographically independent, apolitical, and technologically accelerationist where everything is collapsing to the marginal cost of production...
That future is Dollar armageddon.
Bitcoin is the standard of that future.
(The only alternate future that makes sense is actual armageddon with WW3 and in that scenario bullets gain more value than USD or BTC.)
In the future Bitcoiners will say "the Dollar is useless" and they will be technically correct but miss the point... If you could time travel Dollars back in time 100 years they become very useful (far more than Bitcoin).
➡️If you are time travelling forward you want electricity and Bitcoin.
⬅️If you are time travelling backward you want horses and Dollars.
The problem for Bitcoin haters is that we are time travelling in only one direction against our will (the future) and one should adjust accordingly.
If we were all time travelling backwards I'd shout SELL BITCOIN AND BUY DOLLARS, HORSES, and WHEAT.
🟠We are all time travellers 1 day at a time.
🟠You have less in common with the future than the past.
🟠The technological world as you know it is ending... Slower if you're time-travelling backwards and faster if you are moving forwards in time.
🟠Therefore - ask yourself what the new standard will be urgently.
The problem with economists and financiers is that they don't think like a technologist.
Teleport your mind's eye 50 or 500 years into the future and the past then ask yourself what is useful.
It will become clear that Bitcoin is useless today yet still remains the only logical savings vehicle to own in the present because we are non-consentually time-travelling into the future.
The Dollar is dead in the future (and even if it isn't still would have lost 99% of it's purchasing power).
If you're saving energy for 100 years and Bitcoin only has a 1% chance of success it is still the logical bet to make... Even though "it is useless today" is 95% correct.

True.
That is why Bitcoin is based on energy: you can issue fake fiat currency, and every government in history has done so, but it is impossible to fake energy.
