This morning, I was meeting with my team and sharing with them how hard it often feels to be invited to eat at a nice place, while carrying the heavy feeling that they aren't there—or that people in my community aren't either, and are instead struggling with the reality that having lunch means going without dinner that day. ​Every time you share satoshis with us, we do our best to help people in need. ​Someone told me that the point isn't to solve the world's problems, that everyone reaps what their own mind earns them, that feeding a hungry child or elder does nothing for HODLing Bitcoin, and that I'm not going to change the world. ​Maybe I can't help everyone, but if a child or an elder was able to eat today, I am happy. Today was more than just day one of our community garden—it was the official kickoff of our very first workshop at the Sembrando Satoshis (Sowing Satoshis) School. ​This initiative brings together children and adults to discover how hands-on agriculture connects with Christian values and the core principles of Bitcoin: ​Faith & Fellowship: Breaking bread together and listening to their hearts, struggles, and dreams. ​Working the Land: Teaching self-reliance and honor through local farming. ​Financial Dignity: Demystifying Bitcoin as a tool for true human empowerment. ​Some people tell me I’m swimming against the current. They say this quiet work doesn’t matter to Bitcoiners who only care about massive conferences, hype, and luxury tourism. ​Even with scarce resources, I stand firm in this mission. I do this because I believe in the true, uncorrupted soul of Bitcoin: a sanctuary built for every single human being, regardless of social status, wealth, or political power.
