Effective Immediately, all organizations using PHP for their systems are advised to be prepared for an update addressing two critical vulnerabilities. PHP is widely used for web applications. These vulnerabilities often provide a direct path to the server's file system or database. If an immediate update is not feasible, it is recommend that organizations take the system offline until it can be fully mitigated. NSA will follow up shortly with more specific guidance.

Never forget where you came from.
And all the things you overcame to be where you are at this moment.
This too shall pass.

Dear Prime Minister Ambani,
Please accept my humble apologies for not realizing that you are the real boss of India.
Naturally, you would prefer to maintain your monopolistic exploitation of the great people of India, but would you nonetheless consider allowing Starlink to compete?
There are many areas of India, as there are in all countries, with no Internet access, which denies children the opportunity for education and for small businesses the opportunity to sell their goods to a global market. Starlink would change their lives for the better.
Thank you 🙏

Gloves are off now, Elon.
Still no licence? Wrong. Starlink got its Unified Licence with GMPCS authorisation from the DoT in June 2025. You know that. Your own VP posted about it.
Ambani is the real boss?
Ambani's Jio lobbied for a spectrum auction. India gave you administrative allocation, the exact thing you asked for. Then you signed distribution deals with Jio and Airtel. If Ambani is blocking you, why is he your reseller?
Five years of complying?
In 2021 you took pre-order money from Indians with no licence at all. The DoT had to order you to stop and refund people. That was your first move in India.
India's home ministry reportedly froze clearances after Starlink terminals showed up in Iran, where you aren't even licensed. Before that, our army pulled one out of a militant cache in Manipur. Your own company says talks are active and productive. So which version is true: the one your VP tells Delhi, or the one you tell 200 million followers?
The spectrum rules were cleared last month and are headed to Cabinet. You're weeks from the finish line, and you're throwing a tantrum in public to rush a sovereign country's security review.
India isn't a market you can bully on X. Wait your turn.

These Swiggy, Blinkit, Zomato, Zepto guys on those Yulu kind of bikes, with no number plates, have created a mess. They drive on the opposite side all the time. In a car or on a bike, they’ll at least swing around you. But if you’re on a cycle, they expect you, the one going the right way, to stop and give them space. And they’ll honk like you’re the problem.
There’s also this attitude like they’re doing God’s work. I get they’re delivering, but that doesn’t mean rules don’t apply. With no number plate, you can’t even report them.
Fining the rider feels unfair. They’re just trying to make a living, and the 10-minute pressure comes from the company. So fine the company. Heavily. That’s the only way they’ll fix training, tracking, plates, And accountability.
Bangalore is hard enough to drive in. Cyclists have the least protection. I order from these apps too, but I don’t want to be pushed off the road by someone going the wrong way. Stopping orders isn’t a real solution either. The companies need to be answerable.
@Swiggy @deepigoyal @albinder @ZeptoNow
fuckinnn @ValtteriBottas more crazy off circuit than on circuit.
Love him.

Most Founders in India are too timid. I was once too.
This is my third trip to SF this year. Every time I meet so many bold founders here, and every time I fly back with the same uncomfortable thought.
India is a big market, and it is easy to let that become the ceiling. We size our ambition to what India is today and call it focus.
Most Indian investors are also partner in crime. Their argument is always "think India first, there is so much to be done here." The logic is right. But it narrows the vision, and we end up building for the market we can see instead of the one that is coming.
We took the bet outside India six years ago. Today Cars24 is one of the top players in the UAE and Australia, competing with local companies on their home ground. It was hard, and it worked. Now we are counting the countries we can win next, not only India.
AI makes this even bigger. The game is being reset right now, for everyone at the same time. Nobody has a 10-year head start in deploying it. Whoever masters it and puts it to work fastest wins, and that can be an Indian company.
Think about what China did for manufacturing. It mastered making things and became the factory of the world. India can do the same with AI. We don't have to invent every model. We have to become the country that deploys AI for the rest of the world, better and faster than anyone else.
At Cars24, we have placed our bets on this too. Besides making Cars24 fully AI native, we have started Deployment.inc, a front runner among forward-deployed engineering companies, and we are actively hiring for it. And Cars24 AI Labs will fund companies that are AI native and building for the world. I am doing my bit.
Build in India, but build for the world. We have every right to conquer the globe.
