The Calanit, Israel’s national flower, blooms red across the fields of southern Israel. It's a symbol of beauty, resilience and life continuing to grow even after unimaginable loss.
Three years ago today, on October 7, 2023, Israel experienced the deadliest day in its history. Today, we remember the lives that were taken, the families forever changed, and the communities that continue to carry their memories.
Like the calanit that returns to bloom each year, we remember those who are no longer here and carry their stories forward.
Wishing all who observe a meaningful Yom Kippur and an easy fast. G’mar Chatima Tova from Birthright Israel. 🤍

25 years ago, on September 11, 2001, our world changed forever. We remember the extraordinary courage, resilience, and unity demonstrated in the face of unimaginable tragedy. May their memories be a blessing.

We stand with Temple Israel and the entire Jewish community following this senseless act of violence.
Jewish spaces should always be places of safety, community, and connection.
Our hearts are with everyone impacted. We remain united, resilient, and proud.
Am Yisrael Chai.
