Reta isn’t just for fat loss. In trials it cleared most of the fat out of the liver. Triglycerides dropped almost in half. The “bad” cholesterol particles came down too. That’s why it’s interesting on cycle. Orals beat up the liver and wreck bloodwork. Reta is one of the few things that actually improves those numbers instead of making them worse. Still want to see labs from people running it with gear, not just weight-loss studies. Research only.

HCG benefits even after a vasectomy: Vasectomy only blocks the exit. It doesn’t shut down the factory. On TRT, exogenous testosterone suppresses LH. That can shrink the testes and drop local testosterone production. HCG mimics LH and keeps the testes working. Benefits many men notice: • Maintains testicular size • Supports local testosterone production • Helps mood and energy • Can improve libido and sexual function Keeping the hardware online still matters for how you feel. See a little talk yesterday about Korean peptides. I’ve been mentioning HM15211 since May. Should be a game changer for livers, bodybuilding and maintaining muscle. HM15211 Phase 2b is complete. Primary completion was June 26, study completion July 15. ~215 biopsy-confirmed MASH subjects. Endpoint was MASH resolution with no worsening of fibrosis. No results posted yet. Early 12-week data still stands out: up to ~81% liver fat reduction with only ~5% weight loss at the higher doses. Same GLP-1/GIP/glucagon family as Reta, but a different balance. More liver-focused, less aggressive total weight loss.
Triple agonist GLP-1s (GLP-1/GIP/Glucagon) — early data comparison as of May 2026: Retatrutide (Lilly) — Most advanced Phase 3 (TRIUMPH-1): Up to 28.3% weight loss at 80 weeks (12mg dose) Up to 30.3% at 104 weeks in extension Strong liver fat reduction (86% in earlier MASLD data in 48 weeks) Furthest along — potential approval 2027/2028 HM15211 / Efocipegtrutide (Hanmi): Phase 2 focused heavily on liver fat (NASH/MASLD); HM15211’s 81% liver fat reduction at only 12 weeks is impressive for an earlier-stage compound, especially since Hanmi has focused heavily on liver outcomes. Significant liver fat reduction and body weight loss reported in early studies Less mature obesity-specific weight loss data compared to Retatrutide Strong mechanistic rationale for fatty liver but behind in overall development UBT251 (Novo + United Bio) Phase 2 (China): Up to 19.7% weight loss at 24 weeks (highest dose) Solid early signal, especially for a new entrant In T2D trial: Up to 9.8% weight loss + strong HbA1c reduction Still early — much less data than Retatrutide Current ranking by data maturity: Retatrutide — by far the leader (robust Phase 3) UBT251 — promising Phase 2 but early HM15211 — strong on liver fat, lighter on broad obesity data Retatrutide is 2–3 years ahead in development. Bottom line: More receptors can drive better results, but development stage and real-world data matter more right now. Retatrutide remains the benchmark. The others have potential but need to prove themselves in larger, longer trials. What are you watching in the triple agonist race?

Thymalin / Тималин / Тималін — same thymus extract, three origins. Russian: Samson-Med (St. Petersburg) — original trademark holder, 10 mg thymus extract + glycine vials (5 or 10). Ukrainian: Biopharma — 10 mg purified extract, packs often note ≥1.5 mg polypeptides. Belarusian: Belmedpreparaty — 10 mg ×5 lyophilisate (often with solvent). All are bovine thymus polypeptide complexes registered as immunostimulants in their home countries. Original research ties to Khavinson/Morozov work. Outside those markets = research use only.

Injectable L-carnitine and sperm quality: Injectable L-carnitine gets into your body much better than pills (almost all of it is used vs only a small amount from oral). One small older study (2006) used 1g injected every 4 days for about 2 months: Sperm counts and motility improved, and half of the couples achieved pregnancy through fertility treatment. Not medical advice.

Chinese pharma-grade Cerebrolysin. 10 day results: Great focus, improved mental clarity, and better decision making. Would run again. Better in the evening — it made me a little tired. Not Everpharma, but legit stuff. If you’ve done your EverPharma Cerebrolysin and Cortexin run for the next six months, this is a good pivot.

Pielotax (Пиелотакс) — Cytomax A-9 Kidney-specific peptide complex from young calf kidneys. Not a single synthetic sequence. It’s a low-molecular-weight extract (peptides generally under ~5–10 kDa) of the tissue it is meant to support. Oral capsules. Typical research-style course is 1–2 capsules daily for 15–30 days, then a break (often repeated a few times per year). Preclinical work (aging rats + cisplatin models) reported higher urine output, lower proteinuria, better filtration markers, and increased antioxidant enzyme activity in kidney tissue. A small 2011 institute report in gouty nephropathy noted clinical improvement in most treated patients along with lower non-protein nitrogen, urea, and uric acid numbers. Evidence remains limited — mostly animal/cell data plus that one small report. Research use only. Not medical advice. Soon @zululabsco

Thymogen (Тимоген). Cytomed. Not Thymalin. Not Thymulin. Thymalin is the calf-thymus extract. This is the two-amino-acid piece pulled out of it and made synthetically: alpha-glutamyl-tryptophan (Glu-Trp). Russian Thymogen data, short version. Registered in Russia since 1990 as an immunostimulant. Military ARVI unit: fewer cases, milder, shorter (PMID 8498021). Pelvic infection: T- and B-cell counts moved toward normal (PMID 1476231). Destructive pulmonary TB: T-cell stimulation, better drug tolerance, cavity closure reported (PMID 10605346). Kids with asthma / recurrent bronchitis: double-blind placebo trial, CD4 and cytokine ratios normalized. Not medical advice.

Got the heart SPECT back. Not having issues. I got it before pushing further down the biohacking route. Bloodwork and a regular echo can look fine while a piece of muscle is still short on blood once you load it. Gear can raise blood pressure and thicken the blood. Growth-hormone drugs can thicken the wall. Stimulants make the heart work harder. A normal panel does not catch that. What the test is SPECT checks whether heart muscle is getting enough blood, not just whether the heart looks normal. Tracer was technetium tetrofosmin. One-day rest/stress. Stress was Lexiscan (regadenoson), not a treadmill. The drug opens the coronary arteries. A healthy vessel opens. A tight one cannot. The camera compares the two. An echo shows thickness and squeeze. SPECT shows whether one region gets less blood than the rest under stress. The catch is that it compares areas to each other. If the whole heart is short, SPECT can still look even. Rubidium PET measures actual flow reserve. This was the SPECT. How it went Resting HR 79. BP 113/72. Resting ECG: normal sinus rhythm, early repolarization. Lexiscan 0.4 mg. Peak HR 114, about 63% of age-predicted max. That looks low. It is supposed to. Pharmacologic stress does not care about target heart rate. The drug is the stress. No chest pain. No arrhythmia. Flushing only, which Lexiscan does. BP went to 125/78. Stress ECG: no ST shift, negative for ischemia. The read Cardiologist: Perfusion normal No inducible ischemia No infarct Wall motion normal Ejection fraction 54% No increased lung uptake Stress EDV 111 mL, ESV 51 mL TID 1.11 Image quality was fair. Mild gating trouble, so the 54% is an estimate. Diaphragmatic attenuation artifact. That line matters. The software disagreed Auto scores: SRS 6 (8.8% of the map) SSS 10 (14.7%) SDS 4 (5.9%) Count drops sat on the inferior and inferoseptal walls. Attenuation correction did not fully clear the basal inferior. If those were real defects, SSS 10 is moderately abnormal and SDS 4 is mild ischemia on a lot of research cutoffs. They are not the result. The diaphragm sits under the inferior wall in a lot of men and eats photons. Software calls that a defect. The reader saw the artifact, the wall motion, and the pictures, and called perfusion normal. The computer does not sign the report. TID 1.11 is in the normal range. Flags for severe or balanced disease usually start around 1.19 and up, depending on camera and protocol. EF 54% is normal to low-normal. Lung uptake was not up. What this clears No flow-limiting ischemia on a vasodilator challenge. No scar on this scan. Normal squeeze. No sign of a high-pressure left ventricle. What it does not clear Soft plaque that is not limiting flow yet. Calcium. Lipids. Lp(a). Blood pressure over the next year. Hematocrit. Early muscle dysfunction that strain or cardiac MRI would see before EF drops. A permanent pass. A normal scan means low near-term event risk. It does not mean a year of gear, GH drugs, or stimulants is free. Baseline, not a hall pass. Still watch BP, lipids, hematocrit, resting HR. Chest pressure, unusual shortness of breath, fainting, or a new rhythm still beats a normal scan. Not medical advice.

Eastern European Glutathione, part 1: Kursk. Glutathione is the main antioxidant your cells already make. Nickname: GSH. Think of it as the cell’s fire extinguisher. This series is about how Eastern European labs tied that molecule to small peptides. Tonight is not Khavinson and not St. Petersburg. Kursk State Medical University. Bobyntsev, Smakhtin, Cherdakov, Chernysheva. They used a tiny repair peptide called GHK and stacked it with two Russian clinic peptides. 🧵

The two peptides they paired it with. Thymogen = glutamic acid + tryptophan (Glu-Trp). A two-amino-acid immune peptide used in Russian clinics. Same family of short “signal” peptides people know from the Khavinson world, but this paper is Kursk, not St. Petersburg. Dalargin = a six-amino-acid lab analog of leucine-enkephalin, an opioid-type peptide the body uses for pain and repair. Used in Russia for ulcers and healing research. Not a street opioid. Not a gym drug. Stack they published: GHK 0.5 µg/kg Thymogen 0.5 µg/kg Dalargin 1.2 µg/kg Once a day for 10 days. Same-size chemical doses (“equimolar”). Shot into the belly cavity or right into the injury. Combined = two different syringes. Patent RU 2429002 C1 is GHK + Dalargin for bone repair.
