I had a chance to go back and rewatch the grand finals of G2 vs Lev. It was such a close series and I feel like we haven't seen the peak of Lev yet. The young lady that was screaming at the top of her lungs on every round has some endurance 😂. I was quite surprised with the number of Lev fans at the arena and the watch party in NYC. The crowds were electric. I was a bit sad though to hear Kingg and Tex having to even clarify that the trophy was for LATAM. I can't comprehend how some people are criticizing this mixed team and saying the historical win was not for LATAM just because of a couple non LATAM players. Those haters can learn a lot from Aspas, Kingg and Mazino because they are examples of young men setting aside their cultural differences to forge a team of inclusion and if you needed teammates that are great representatives of the LATAM culture, you couldn't have found a better two than TEX and C0M. Pride can be an obstacle for growth. It's going to prevent you from enjoying this historical win for LATAM and have pleasure of watching LEV go after the championship. The players, coaches and organization are putting their heart and soul to bring the cup for LATAM. Win or Lose, if you are true LEV fan you will be supporting this entire team. I also loved C0M's post game interview, what he said is undeniably true. Tarik's reaction was awesome "ohhhhh, that was cold...that hit" 😂.
