Today, I visited Fort Knox to see the gold. Since the Fed opened in 1913, the dollar has lost 97% of its purchasing power. $100 back then is worth $3,300 today. That's because Congress spends into oblivion, with no regard for our national debt. At the same time, the Fed prints the difference.

Everyone loves to hate when things go wrong, but rarely praise things that work as expected. I've been trading for 9 years and TSX is one of the best platforms, primarily for the lock out features to protect traders from themselves. Thank you for constant improvements TS team.

Americans today will spend ~$590 million more on gasoline today alone versus the pre-war price. Cumulatively, for the ~79 days the Strait has been closed, Americans have now spent ~$33 billion more on gasoline alone.

78 WEEKS. the estimate that I continue to loosely give is that for every day of the Strait being closed, it may take a week to fully recover- we're now at 78 days- so ~78 weeks would put us roughly at November, 2027 to see global oil inventories fully recover.

What if AI (currently LLMs) teaches us how to deploy it much more efficiently so that not as much computing power is required? Is this possible? Also, if this happens, what happens to the current hardware bonanza, if future projections for hardware needs decreases drastically?
