Is it just me, or do Claude’s session limits suck now? Even on the 20x plan, it’s not possible to use it as a workhorse, even with good ole Opus 5 on medium. On a side note, @conductor_build Cloud has surprised me. It’s been great. I’ve been using it pretty heavily this week, and so has my Grok bot through the @conductor_build MCP and API. I’ll have the Grok bot use Conductor with Opus 5 and run all of my Conductor sessions. I’m able to assign a good chunk of Linear tickets to it and let my subs from Codex, Claude, and Cursor work on them off my Mac and in Conductor Cloud. @charlieholtz just need that mobile app and support for OpenCode in Conductor Cloud.

Claude code on web and desktop is impossible to use 🤦🏿‍♂️. Every literal 2 minutes “do you approve” even on auto mode. I like the desktop and web app with Claude code so I can lunch cloud sessions with fable but it takes what should be a 30min-hour task literally 8 hours due to “do you approve”

I've been doing healthcare consultancy for the past two years guys. Let's talk healthcare AI risk. It's not the model. It's what the agent can already touch. If Copilot or a Foundry agent is running under a fat Entra identity, your blast radius is that identity's graph. Not the prompt.

One identity per agent. User in the loop, delegated. App only when it runs unattended, and only use the skinny Graph scopes. The other blast radius is the blueprint. One blueprint holds the credentials for every child. Same runtime, same secrets, same network. Share it. Different environment. Split it. If that blueprint credential gets popped, every agent under it is gone.

Buzz vs Grok Bot, anybody running both yet? Buzz is really solid. It feels like a legit agent workspace that can get shit done, but it’s still pretty centered around your device being on. The biggest difference I see with @bot is it has its own computer and can just keep working. The big elephant in the room is cost though. Buzz can basically be free depending on your setup. @bot is eventually gonna cost something. Curious what everybody is running and which one is actually getting more work done for you.

Kimi K3 + Luna from @opencode Zen and Go running in @t3dotcodes saves the day when codex limits run dry. Still can run all my workflows locally and pick it up while on the go with T3 code iOS app.

🤦🏿‍♂️Knowing what I know know now I should have just paid the extra for the MacBook Pro 64GB ram. My poor little M4 24GB air is on its last legs. Now the mf price for a MacBook pro is through the roof. 😂😂😂🤷🏿.

S/O @kilocode for having agentic PR and security review with the kilo free models being able to be used and integrated into projects. Easy setup and integration and has a great selection of models to mix and match from. Even has an SLA configuration to set different SLA's. 🎯 AI for some labor and thought intensive work, I agree, is fine to use. But, being honest and transparent, I have personally committed to tripling down on taste, design, and the arts of communication and writing. I was never the best at them, and I’ve personally seen the effect it’s had on me. Focusing on those soft skills only makes me better at building and shipping.
A lot of the emails I get from founders are now written in a hard-hitting journalistic style. I know they're written by AI, because no founder ever wrote this way before. And once you realize something is written by AI, it's hard not to ignore it.

I haven't given Gemini much of a chance beyond quick daily questions. But I'm a long-time AI Pro subscriber thanks to my Google Drive storage. Long story short, I'm now using Gemini CLI, and NotebookLM even has an MCP/CLI for all its tools solely for my content creation pipeline. My Drive is full of docs and Markdown files. I'm using Gemini CLI to organize everything, create content schedules, and add them to Google Calendar. I've rediscovered some love for NotebookLM 😂: I drop in data and it generates text, AI voices, transcripts, and full MP4 podcasts. It just created a 26 minute podcast from my unposted blogs using my voice from Eleven Labs.

Best real-time voice experience for me so far has been: 1. Gemini, probably the undisputed champ here. Fast, with great personality, and cheap without sacrificing quality. Fun to build with, but GCP dependency can steepen the learning curve though agents can handle the GCP cloud ops. 2. This surprised me, coming almost at number 1 for me (you'll see why not yet). Claude models are great conversationalists in general, so it makes sense their voice model is too. Some noticeable issues are latency, freezing, and incomplete transcripts at times, but memory was retained if I asked for a summary. 3. What I thought would rank higher but still has issues is OpenAI. They have a good voice model, but it’s quicker to assume and interrupt throughout the conversation and seems to lose memory and context as well. Overall, it offers a good experience, personality, and can hold some longer conversations than the others.

Shopify just reported on Q1. The numbers speak for themselves. → $101B in merchant sales, second consecutive quarter over $100B, up 35% YoY → $3.2B revenue, up 34% YoY → $476M free cash flow, 15% margin That’s what a clear strategy, well executed, looks like. For Q2 and beyond, here’s what really matters. AI will accelerate entrepreneurship more than any other job.

Felt this in my soul 😂. It was a rough mindset transition for me and this article is spot on 🎯. “There's a very natural instinct, especially early in your career, to want to prove that you belong. After all the effort it took to get the role”
