It took us a bit longer, but P&D version 01.2026 is live!
Updated core data sources (@ChEMBL 37, @GuidetoPHARM 2026.02, @BindingDb, @Chemical_probes, @Boehringer opnMe set, @reactome and many others), refined probe classification, and legacy set cleanups.
We've been working on making BindingDB faster and more robust (sorry for all the outages!), and I think we've really made progress now. Pages are loading more briskly and servers are less stressed. Let us know if this is working for you!
We are pleased to announce our third BindingDB free webinar!

Looks like we are back to normal operation again. Apologies for the prolonged glitch. Please contact us if you notice any new issues.
Happy 2026!
We apologize for the persistent BindingDB downtime. If you need data in a hurry, check out our quarterly archives at UCSD Digital Library: library.ucsd.edu/dc/search?f…
We are thrilled that ChEMBL 36 includes a LOT more of our open-access US Patent data! It's all about data-sharing :-) ebi.ac.uk/chembl/
