🇺🇸 In 2019, a Minnesota man was arrested after he took his terminally ill wife out of a nursing home to hold a "death party" for her.
Authorities said that during her final hours, the couple listened to metal music, took meth and had sex.
Duane Arden Johnson (58) removed his wife Debra (69) from a care home in Litchfield and brought her back to their house in Searles.
He told police she did not want to die in a nursing home.
After the party ended, he called 911 on 24 January and the autopsy listed methamphetamine toxicity.
Johnson pleaded guilty to criminal neglect of a vulnerable adult.
He was sentenced to 36 months.
