Tech Faculty NG started as a bootcamp in Nnewi. Four years and 2,000+ trained
people later, we found out the hard way that training was never the bottleneck. Access to paid work was.
So today we're shipping the biggest change in our history: the Tech Faculty talent marketplace is live.
We're building what Mercor built for the US and India, for Africa. One profile. Real roles. Businesses that need work done.
Here's what's new:
→ One Faculty profile, one-click apply. No CV chasing, no forms per role.
→ A public talent pool you can actually browse. Names, skills, city,
experience, vetted badge. Phone numbers and CVs stay private.
→ Introductions run through us. The moment a business asks about someone,
they're flagged as in-demand on their own profile.
→ AI scores every candidate against every role. A human approves every
match before the talent ever sees it. You never get spam.
→ Approved projects get their own group, weekly rate and start date
tracked per person. People know what they're doing and what they're
earning.
→ Every page on the platform now renders its own share preview, so when
you share a role it looks like the role.
12 roles are open right now across 79 openings, and the first 27 vetted
profiles are in the pool. This is day one, not the finish line.
Here's the part I care about most.
Frontier AI models are only as good as the humans who label, evaluate,
stress-test and teach them. That work is going to be worth more than the
training industry itself, and Africa is the most obvious place on earth to
source it: young, English-speaking, technical, and used to doing more with
less.
Nobody has built the serious pipeline for it yet. We're building it.
If you're a business in Nigeria or Africa that needs a website, a data
pipeline, a campaign, or someone to run a project: /hire.
If you're talent and want in: /talent.
If you're an AI lab or research team that needs vetted African experts for
data, evaluation and domain work: my DMs are open.
We're not asking for sympathy for African tech. We're showing up with
infrastructure.

Lagos Life turned Lagos into a game. Inside it, UNILAG was just one building.
So we walked through the gate and built the whole campus. Senate, the halls, Mama B’s buka, the lagoon front, SUG elections… even ASUU strikes 😅

I’m extremely disappointed in us as Nigerian youths. Extremely.
I woke up this morning to get ready for work without electricity and without water. The last time we had power in my area was Saturday morning. This is Abule Ijesha, Lagos.
I work a 9–5. I earn a substantial amount every month, and yet I’m still dealing with something as basic as the lack of electricity and water.
And meanwhile, young people on Twitter are still allowing tribal sentiments and religious affiliations to divide us in 2026.
Do you people not understand how limited you are compared to young people in developed countries? Do you not understand that if anything happens right now, the politicians who are the most privileged among us have the means to leave this country while the rest of us remain here to deal with the consequences?
Do you genuinely think the elites care about the tribal and religious divisions they use to keep us fighting each other?
Your Commissioner of Environment and Water Resources in Lagos can be online flaunting a Patek Philippe while young people are struggling with basic infrastructure. And this is just a Commissioner.
They know exactly what they’re doing. They know that as long as we’re distracted by tribe, religion, sex, politics and whatever other silly division they can exploit, we won’t look up and ask the people actually responsible for our living conditions the difficult questions.
This is disgusting.
And honestly, we should be ashamed of ourselves.
Not because we are powerless, but because we have failed woefully to recognize where our collective interests lie.
We keep fighting each other while the people benefiting from this dysfunction continue to live above the consequences of it.
We need to do better.

Immediately they became the fastest growing Economy in Africa at 9 percent,War emerged out of nowhere !!! The same way Goodluck Jonathan adminstration in Nigeria, Our economy grew by +26.4% over his five-year administration. During his first two years alone, GDP rose by +9.74%
Nigeria reached its highest historical GDP under GEJ, peaking at $568.50 billion in 2014
Guess what ?? American government sponsored propaganda against that government and used APC to destroy those success recorded
Yesterday, I hosted the sixth edition of Nnewi Tech Meetup. A monthly event that has brought together technology experts and enthusiasts in Anambra into the same room in Nnewi to fellowship, connect and build with latest technologies especially in AI, Data and Engineering.
Hosting this six times calls for celebration and congratulations for all members of this community. I am proud and grateful to the program team and volunteers. Next edition, we have decided no technical wahala, we will go out and touch grasses massively to unwimd, with sports, games and food.
Two major highlights of yesterday’s meetup at Nnewi Tech Faculty were:
1. We officially launched and onboarded the first cohort of our AI For Everything Masterclass. An AI Agents and Data Training Fellowship, 20 members, three months, will be trained to work on real client projects with 75 percent AI usage.
2. I unveiled our first hardware product called Battery Bank. A replaceable battery power system much different than power banks. The class at AI For Everything are also training and working on this hardware project, completely designed and assembled in Nnewi. The first prototype is out.
3. We also announced that our @TechFacultyNG talent and jobs marketplace is live. We are creating a pipeline for skilled talents to get matched to SMEs based on their job openings. There are over 79 job openings live on the platform. People are getting matched to projects and are starting to work and get paid.
There is so much on the background still ongoing and you will get to hear them all as they unfold.

We are doing so many global tech stuffs right here from Nnewi, Anambra State. For example, apart from training students on several workflow automations, we use AI Agents to improve sales/revenue and production capacity for small and big businesses. We come in, identify problems by ourselves, create solutions and show you the improvements. It’s not magic, it’s AI For Everything. Powered by @TechFacultyNG
Today, we officially kicked off the AI for Everything Fellowship at @TechFacultyNG 🚀
Our first class was less about slides and lectures and more about conversations, ideas, questions, and getting the cohort to understand the real reason we are here.
We are entering a different era of technology.
AI is no longer just a chatbot you ask questions. It is becoming a tool for building software, analyzing data, designing products, securing systems, automating businesses, conducting research, creating content, and solving problems that previously required entire teams.
And that is exactly what AI for Everything is about.
Over the coming weeks, these fellows will explore:
• AI Agents & Automation
• Prompt Engineering
• Data Annotation & AI Training
• LLM Evaluation
• AI-assisted Software Development
• AI for Design & Product Development
• AI for Cybersecurity
• AI for Data & Research
• RLHF fundamentals
• And, most importantly, how to use AI to solve real-world problems.
Today was just the beginning.
The goal isn’t to create people who simply know how to use AI.
The goal is to create people who can look at a problem and think: “How can I use AI to solve this?”
20 fellows.
One mission.
A lot of building ahead.
Welcome to the AI for Everything Fellowship. Powered by @NnewiTech 🚀

🤖 Made with AI
We’re officially kicking off the first cohort of AI for Everything.
After weeks of conversations, applications, screening and assessments, I’m excited to announce that we have selected our first cohort of about 20 participants for the AI for Everything; the AI Agents & Data Training Program at @TechFacultyNG
Tomorrow, we begin our internal kickoff at @NnewiTech, Technology Incubation Centre.
The goal of this program is bigger than simply teaching people how to use ChatGPT.
We want to help participants understand how to work with AI, build with AI, use AI agents, contribute to AI model training, and turn these skills into real economic opportunities.
The program is intentionally hands-on.
Participants will meet twice a week, with Monday sessions focused on the structured program and Saturday sessions giving me the opportunity to work with them directly through interactive sessions, practical tasks, challenges and weekly assessments.
For their first week, I’ll also be introducing them to a training opportunity with Mercor, with more details to come during our kickoff.
And this is only the internal launch.
The official launch will take place next Saturday at our monthly Nnewi Tech Meetup, where the first cohort will be formally recognized and receive their onboarding materials and welcome packages.
I’m particularly excited because this isn’t just about training.
The bigger vision is to build a pipeline of AI-ready professionals in Nigeria who can work on global AI opportunities and projects.
Twenty people are starting this journey.
Let’s see where we can take them.
AI for Everything.

We are bringing together three things that can seriously change the trajectory of young people in our ecosystem:
AI. Talent. Jobs.
At our next @TechFacultyNG Monthly Meetup, we will officially kick off the first cohort of our AI Agents & Data Training Fellowship, under the AI for Everything initiative.
The first cohort of about 20 members will be onboarded at the event.
But that’s not all.
We will also be opening up more conversations around our newly launched indigenous talent marketplace: techfaculty.ng/talent
We are building a platform designed to connect verified African tech talent with real jobs and project opportunities.
There are already real openings on the platform, with over 70 potential slots across current and upcoming projects. People are already being matched and onboarded into project-specific teams.
This is bigger than a job board.
The vision is to build a pipeline where people can learn → get assessed → get verified → get matched → get to work.
And we’re building it from Nnewi.
On September 26, we’ll also bring together members of the community who contributed to the original brainstorming behind this talent initiative as we explore the next phase of building it into something much bigger.
Venue: Technology Incubation Center, Umudim, Nnewi, Anambra State
If you are interested in AI, technology, jobs, talent development, entrepreneurship, or the future of work in Africa, this is one meetup you should not miss.
We are not just talking about the future of tech in Africa. We are building the infrastructure for it.

One thing that helps a lot when leaving your pet with a sitter, friend, family member, or boarding facility is having all their important information in one place.
I recently built Pet Care Card for this — you can create a simple care card with feeding instructions, routines, medications, vet information, emergency contacts, and other important notes. You can share it digitally, print it, or use a QR code.
You can also simply talk about your pet for about a minute and have the information organized for you.
It’s free to create a card: petcarecards.app
It saves you from having to repeat the same instructions every time someone else takes care of your pet.
I got the certificate!
My Entry Video for the Micro 1 Hackathon is on OpsGuard v2.0: Evidence-Grounded, Approval-Gated Agentic Incident Response
OpsGuard helps small SaaS on-call teams convert scattered incident evidence into a safe, reviewable response plan.
Version 2 builds on the original reproducible workflow by adding a constrained LLM triage adapter with deterministic validation and replay support. The advanced workflow separates evidence extraction, triage, versioned runbook retrieval, planning, and safety verification. It cites supplied evidence, detects contradictory signals, and blocks consequential actions until a qualified human approves. It never executes external actions.
The submission includes a fair one-pass baseline, 12 synthetic evaluation cases, automated tests, generated evidence, an improvement changelog, coding-agent trajectories, and clean-environment reproduction instructions. On the fixed deterministic suite, the advanced workflow scores 100.0 compared with 17.5 for the baseline, an improvement of 82.5 points.
I’m excited to share that I participated in the micro1 Frontier Engineering Challenge 2026 and received a Certificate of Participation in recognition of my contributions throughout the challenge.
The experience gave me another opportunity to apply engineering skill, creativity, and problem-solving to frontier-level challenges while learning alongside other talented engineers.
Grateful to Micro1 for creating a platform that encourages engineers to push boundaries, experiment with ideas, and build solutions that matter.
For me, every challenge is another opportunity to learn, build, and become a better engineer.
On to the next one. 🚀
