1. जनरल कैटेगरी के लिए राष्ट्रीय आयोग जनरल कैटेगरी का प्रतिनिधित्व करने और उनके समाधान के लिए एक राष्ट्रीय आयोग (NCGC) का गठन किया जाए।
2. SC/ST में क्रीमी लेयर: SC/ST आरक्षण में 'क्रीमी लेयर' का प्रावधान लागू किया जाए ताकि यह सुनिश्चित हो सके कि आरक्षण का लाभ हर समुदाय तक पहुँचे।
3. एक परिवार, एक आरक्षण, एक बार: लाभों के समान वितरण के लिए 'एक परिवार, एक आरक्षण' और 'एक बार आरक्षण' का सिद्धांत लागू किया जाए।
4. न्यूनतम कट-ऑफ मार्क्स अनिवार्य किए जाएं और यह सुनिश्चित हो, कि ओपन कैटेगरी के लिए सीटें उपलब्ध रहें।
5. आरक्षण के 75 वर्षों की समीक्षा करते हुए एक 'श्वेत पत्र' (White Paper) जारी किया जाए, जिसमें यह देखा जाए कि किन समुदायों को कितना लाभ मिला है और क्या उद्देश्य पूरे हुए हैं। समय-समय पर समीक्षा के साथ 'सनसेट क्लॉज़' (एक निश्चित समय के बाद समीक्षा/समाप्ति का नियम) लागू किया जाए।
6. प्राइवेट सेक्टर में आरक्षण पर कोई चर्चा नहीं: प्राइवेट सेक्टर में कोई आरक्षण नहीं होना चाहिए; प्राइवेट सेक्टर में रोज़गार योग्यता और क्षमता पर आधारित है
7. UGC के इक्विटी नियमों (Equity Regulations) को वापस लिया जाए या जनरल कैटेगरी (GCs) को भी उनके दायरे में शामिल किया जाए।
8. SC/ST एक्ट की समीक्षा और दुरुपयोग से बचाव: SC/ST एक्ट की समीक्षा की जाए, जिसमें अनिवार्य प्रारंभिक जांच, कम गंभीर आरोपों में ज़मानत, और झूठे मामलों व इस एक्ट का दुरुपयोग करने वाले पर कठोर कार्रवाई हों।

🚨BOEING’S “IMPECCABLE” DREAMLINER RECORD JUST EXPLODED - WHISTLEBLOWER WARNED YEARS AGO
Air India Flight 171, a Boeing 787 Dreamliner, plunged just after takeoff in Ahmedabad, killing many of the 242 onboard.
It’s the first fatal crash of the model - and it’s throwing Boeing’s “impeccable” safety record into the fire.
Years earlier, whistleblower John Barnett warned that corners were being cut at the Dreamliner factory: scrap-bin parts, faked paperwork, and ignored safety checks. Boeing said it wasn’t a problem.
Barnett died in March this year... weeks later, a Dreamliner does exactly what he feared.
Flight data shows the jet barely made it 400 feet before slamming down and exploding near a medical college.
It had flown Delhi to Melbourne, Tokyo, and Paris in the 5 days before the crash.
Boeing was gearing up for a feel-good comeback moment at the Paris Air Show.
Instead, their stock is sliding and investigators are circling.
Whistleblowers, deadly crashes, missing bolts, and planes that barely leave the runway - remind us again how this isn’t a pattern?
