Congratulations to SpaceX on today’s $75B IPO, the largest ever brought to market.
Goldman Sachs is honored to have served as lead left bookrunner on this transaction, but more than that, we are proud of the strong partnership our people have built with the SpaceX team over the long term. I’ve known Elon for more than 15 years, as have several of my colleagues, and it’s been incredible to see his vision come to life and to work with Gwynne, Bret, and the entire team.
We are excited as SpaceX enters this new chapter of its journey as a public company, and we look forward to supporting their mission of advancing the frontier of human space exploration.

Happy Bill & Ted Day, dudes! 🎸⚡
June 9th is officially the most triumphant day of the year — the day we celebrate Bill & Ted’s Excellent Adventure and everything it stands for: rocking out, time-traveling through history, and above all…being excellent to each other!
Whether you’re cranking Wyld Stallyns, quoting “Station!”, collecting historical babes, or just trying not to flunk history (or life), today is your day to embrace the bodacious spirit of Bill S. Preston, Esq. and Ted “Theodore” Logan.
A huge shoutout to the legendary Princesses themselves — @DianeFranklin88 (Princess Joanna) and @KimberleyKates (Princess Elizabeth) — for bringing so much fun and heart to the film that’s still making us laugh decades later. You two are forever part of the excellent timeline!
So go forth today:
- Watch (or re-watch) the trilogy
- Play some air guitar
- Be kind to a stranger
- And remember: The future is ours to create, and it’s gonna be most excellent!
Party on, excellent people! ✌️ What’s your favorite Bill & Ted moment? Drop it below! #BillAndTedDay #BeExcellentToEachOther #WyldStallyns
