And then you lost to the other top 10 team you played (3rd best in the Big 12 according to the polls) as well as the unranked Big 10 team who has only managed to win one conference game??? Surely this can't be true because 38-2 just sounds too damn impressive.

Florida beating Texas Auburn beating Georgia Tennessee beating Alabama Like it or not, you are already seeing why SEC would be in favor of 24 team playoff. Reminder: SEC is 38-2 in non conference games this season. The league is deeper than ever before.

I’ll say it again, the SEC is the best conference and it isn’t even close. The mental and physical toll it takes week to week is astounding. The Big 12, Big 10, and ACC don’t have it.

This week's AP poll has a few issues but it's the most realistic one we've gotten this season. Too bad we couldn't just wait till late October for the first poll and avoid the yearly SOS padding for the sec in September with those unrealistic and unearned rankings.

We want our coaches 2 adapt 2 the portal era but are we as fans adapting? We long for the old 4 team CFP when 2 teams were clearly above everyone else. But now that the portal era has eliminated team depth, spread out talent, and created parity we don't think more teams can win?

The Big 10 has made up ground on the SEC. Especially at the top, but as a complete conference goes there’s nothing like the gauntlet of attrition a team has to endure to come out of the SEC undefeated.

Look, I know this makes a lot of people mad, but the SEC is too big and too tough right now. It’s a war of attrition in these big games and people can’t physically reproduce it the next week.
