เป็นคนชอบเรื่องจิตวิทยามากก ชอบสังเกตคน ชอบรู้ว่าทำไมคนเราถึงคิดแบบนั้น พูดแบบนี้ หรือบางทีทำอะไรที่เราก็แบบ…

ยิ่งฟังเยอะ ๆ เรากลับรู้สึกว่า
มันไม่ได้ทำให้เราเข้าใจ
คนอื่นอย่างเดียวเลยนะ
แต่มันทำให้เราเข้าใจตัวเองมากขึ้นด้วย
อย่างบางทีเราเคยหงุดหงิดกับใครมาก ๆแต่พอเราเริ่มเข้าใจเรื่องอารมณ์กับพฤติกรรมมนุษย์ เราจะเริ่มเบรกตัวเองว่า
เอ๊ะ! หรือจริง ๆ ที่ตรูหงุดหงิดขนาดนี้ เพราะมันไปสะกิดอะไรในตัวกรูเองปะวะ
หรือเวลาเจอคนพูดแรง ๆ
เราก็ไม่ได้รีบคิดว่า
“คนนี้นิสัยแย่” เหมือนเมื่อก่อน
บางทีเขาอาจมีเหตุผลของเขา
มีประสบการณ์บางอย่างที่เราไม่เคยรู้ก็ได้
ไม่ได้แปลว่าเราต้องเข้าใจทุกคน หรือยอมทุกอย่างนะ
แค่เรา เลือกตอบสนองให้ดีขึ้น แทนที่จะเอาอารมณ์ตัวเองไปชนกับอารมณ์คนอื่นตลอดเวลา
ฟังไปฟังมาเลยกลายเป็นว่า
จากที่คิดว่าจะเรียนรู้คนอื่น
สรุปได้เรียนรู้ตัวเองเยอะสุด 🤣
เพราะมนุษย์นี่แหละ
เป็นเรื่องที่น่าศึกษาที่สุดแล้ว
และคนที่น่าศึกษาที่สุดก็คือตัวเราเองนี่แหละ😁

แฟนผมเป็นไบโพลาร์ 8-9 ปีก่อนกินยาเป็นกำ ต้องกินเดพากิน ที่คนป่วยเริ่มกินแค่ 500 - 1000 มล แต่แฟนผมกิน 2000-2500 มล มากกว่าคนอื่น 2-5 เท่า 5555 ผลข้างเคียงก็จะทำให้ เอ๋อ ๆ เด๋อ ๆ อ๊อง ๆ นี่ไม่รวมยาอื่น การตอบสนองจะช้ากว่าคนปกติหลายวินาทีมาก ๆ เคยเข้าวอร์ดจิตเวช เคยโดนช็อตไฟฟ้า แฟนเล่าเป็นเรื่องตลก ตอนฟังก็ขำดี แต่ถ้าให้ถามความรู้สึกก็คงจะหนักอยู่
แล้วทีนี้พูดตรง ๆ ว่าทำงานอะไร ด้วยความที่สมองคิดช้าหลายวินาที ทำให้โดนให้ออกหลายงานมาก เพราะประสิทธิภาพในการทำงานค่อนข้างแย่
ทีนี้พอได้ลองเป็นติวเตอร์ สอนเองที่บ้าน สอนแบบ 1 ต่อ 1 เลย ผมก็ได้เห็นพัฒนาการในด้านการคิดของเขาว่า ไวขึ้นมาก ๆ จากเอ๋อ ๆ 4 5 วิก่อนตอบ ก็แทบจะตอบทันทั้งหมดแล้ว เอ้อ มันดีนะ เมื่อได้เห็นเขารักในการสอน ถึงแม้เงินไม่ได้เยอะอะไรมากมาย แต่การทำให้เขาได้ใช้สมอง ได้ใช้ความคิดแล้วเห็นเขาดีขึ้นเรื่อย ๆ นี่มันเป็นเรื่องที่ดีมาก ๆ ในชีวิตผมแล้ว
ทุกวันนี้สอนเด็ก ส อา วันนึง 8 โมงเช้า - 1 ทุ่ม แทบทุกอาทิตย์ จริง ๆ เรื่องละเอียดพวกนี้ผมไม่เคยได้บอกแฟนด้วย ว่าเขาดีขึ้นเยอะมาก ๆ ซึ่งตัวเขาเองก็ยังไม่รู้ตัวด้วยซ้ำ ตอนนี้เน้นสอนเด็กที่มีปัญหาด้านการเรียน เช่น สมาธิสั้น ติดจอ ออทิสติกเทียม หรือปัญหาอื่น ๆ สำหรับเด็กอนุบาล - ป6 ด้วยความที่เขารักเด็กมาก ผมงงเหมือนกันว่าเขาเอาพลังงานจากไหน มาสอนเด็กที่เป็นแบบนี้ได้ทั้งวัน เขาต้องศึกษาเรื่องอาการพวกนี้เพิ่มและนำมาปรับใช้ในการสอน ควบคู่กับการแนะนำผู้ปกครองให้พาลูก ๆ ของเขาเข้ารับการรักษากับจิตแพทย์เด็กด้วย
เอาจริงผมบรรยายเรื่องนี้ไม่ออกเลย เขาโคตรเก่งมาก ๆ สำหรับผมในด้านนี้ สุดจัด ๆ เลยแฟนผม

Today, we are announcing the MON public sale - an effort to give everyday people the opportunity to become a stakeholder in the Monad network token, days before the public network launch.
The public sale of MON will go live on Coinbase token sales, a new platform from Coinbase for token distribution, a week from today.
