The most impressive thing about Brighton... Isn't necessarily the 7 wins in 10 games, including knocking Man United out of the Carabao Cup and 3 victories against sides playing European football this season in Arsenal, Villa and Sunderland. But the fact they've done it without Mitoma, Minteh, Wieffer and Hinshelwood, for much or all of the campaign. Especially coming after a summer in which they lost 2 of their 5 most used players from last season in Van Hecke and Welbeck, and Baleba too. In the last decade clubs like Southampton and Leicester have struggled to replace their best players and maintain momentum, Brighton have turned it into an art form!
