Houses cost basically the same amount all over the country. Plus or minus about 30%. Two things cost extra in some areas: land and regulations. In the most expensive parts of the country, it's the regulations making housing so unaffordable. Let's get the verbiage right and blame the correct people for the mess they've created.
If you're a stock trader with any serious long term aspirations, you enter the risk management business by default. It's not exciting like the huge lottery wins you might see others having, but the profits sure are sweet when they start adding up year over year.
Big shout out to @MurrayMcMurray for the way they do business. Throwing in an extra 5 chicks on an order of 125 costs them very little, but it's a really nice gesture. We had some deaths due to cold temps in shipping, so they're sending free replacements! Great company. 10/10.
The Browns got the top QB from the 2022 draft in exchange for a cut candidate and a fifth round pick. The fans were annoyed.
Those fans want to draft a QB that’s not much better than Pickett (coming out of college) with the #2 overall pick.
Fans are morons, AB. Ignore them.
I believe the Browns are a mid-level team with excellent coaching. They look great against a bad schedule and then suck against a strong schedule. Without an elite QB, we just can't beat good teams consistently. Badly coached players don't beat bad teams either though.
Here’s the bottom line with the Browns draft: I want Kevin to decide the QB room for next year and AB goes and gets them. Kev has proven he can get results with a wide variety of QBs. Whoever he wants is fine with me. Desperate gambling at #2 is unacceptable though. Need a star.
The same people who want the @Browns to fire Andrew Berry for incompetence are saying they should trade Myles Garrett for picks.. That Andrew Berry would make. Coherent thoughts aren’t some Cleveland people’s strong suit I guess. 😂
It’s very simple.. The #Browns are the red truck and Cleveland fans, media, and government are the tow truck. Only way Cleveland becomes a winning city is if the Browns drag them there, same as LeBron did with the Cavs. The idiots didn’t enjoy that process much either. 🙄
The Browns have spent the last 25 years trying desperately to find the QB who will save the franchise. In those 25 years, 40 QBs have tried, yet we’re going into year 26 looking for number 41. Maybe let’s try something new? Like building a great roster and developing a QB?
You know the difference between a hurricane or tornado vs the California fires? We know how to stop fires. Cavemen knew millennia ago how to stop fires. Average six year olds know how. California government geniuses are the only ones in the world who can’t quite figure it out.
Hey #Browns let’s add some style to the Brook Park facility! Except we need three.. One for each AFC North rival’s 50 yard line. 😂
If you wish your parents had done things differently so you didn’t have to start from nothing, I understand that completely.
What are you doing so your kids won’t have the same thoughts about you?
The hardest part about stock trading is developing a set of rules your emotions can hide behind when things get rough.
If you do that work though, you can have much better quality of life than the guy who just cut out his emotions with a rusty knife so he could trade better.
Woooow, so much for the “free speech” platform!
@elonmusk maybe teach your censorship team the difference between inciting violence against individuals (very bad) vs encouraging the overthrow of a literal terrorist organization and those that protect it.
This is stating the obvious, not inciting violence.
The best way to combat corporate greed is through competition. Why are there only two or three companies supplying all the meat for the country? Where are the regional competitors that make so Tyson can’t compete in these parts? Oh yeah, they’ve been regulated out of business.
The same people who decry what happened during the colonial period in North America are the ones insisting that it happen again right now in Europe. What happened to natives of a country having the right to defend their homes and culture from those who would destroy it?
There are only two reasons why you should stay at your current job:
1: You own an equity stake in the company.
2: You’re paid at or maybe slightly above market wage, you’re being trained in new (more valuable) skills over time, and working conditions are good.
That’s it.
