The WSJ has seen Anthropic's new draft prospectus. Some numbers: They plan to spend three-quarters of a trillion dollars on compute over the next seven to ten years. - $111 billion on Google cloud computing contracts - $110 billion with Amazon Web Services - $31 billion on Microsoft - $86 billion on Nscale and Lambda - $160 billion on Broadcom - $150 billion in additional compute deals under negotiation I don't see Elon/Colossus listed here? So unless they put that under future negotiations (which seems odd) I think that's another $85 billion through 2029. Unless it's been been cancelled? It only requires 90 days notice to do so. Around one-fifth of Anths revenue in the first half of 2026 came from just two unnamed customers. They expect a 'significant portion' of their revenue will come from a 'limited number of customers for the foreseeable future.' They said they bear liability for certain harmful model behaviors, and warn that the 'harm that could result from a catastrophic AI-related incident' might be so large that it would be unable to obtain insurance to cover the potential damages.

Man some of the stuff in Anthropic's IPO S-1 is wild... 'sufficiently advanced systems could discover methods of transmitting information, matter or autonomous systems backward in time, potentially allowing future AI systems to influence events preceding their own creation.'
Readers added context they thought people might want to know
The quoted text and screenshot are not from Anthropic's S-1; media reviews of the confidential filing describe existential risks and model behaviors like resisting shutdown but not time travel, and no public S-1 has been filed on EDGAR. theverge.com/ai-artificial-… iposcouter.com/anthropic-ipo-…

ELON ON THE $TSLA $SPCX MERGER: "There's no guarantee this will happen, but I think there is a lot of merit to combining both companies as we are pretty much in the Super Intelligence Singularity. Robotics, Chip Design, Connectivity...I think it would be a good idea."

Bingo. If this pig @IlhanMN is not denaturalized and deported then the concept of legal immigration means nothing.
The judge who signed the warrant to raid Rep. Ilhan Omar's DC home is a Hillary Clinton donor who clerked for an Obama appointee. That fact alone demolishes the left's claim that this is some Trump-orchestrated political hit job. Mike Davis argues the opposite is true: the evidence against Omar must be so overwhelming that even a judge with deep leftist ties couldn't refuse to sign off. The Fourth Amendment requires probable cause of at least one federal crime inside that home, and U.S. Magistrate Judge Matthew Sharbaugh — appointed by a bench dominated by Obama and Biden picks — found it was there. Omar's allies in Congress, including Reps. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, Jamie Raskin, and Rashida Tlaib, cried political revenge. But Davis says the simplest explanation is the most damning one for Democrats: a federal indictment may be coming before Christmas, and the evidence trail appears to reach well beyond Omar alone. Tesla has officially announced that it will hold its annual shareholder meeting on December 3, 2026. There are three items up for a vote: • Re-electing Elon Musk, Robyn Denholm and JB Straubel to the board for three-year terms. • A non-binding say-on-pay vote on 2025 executive compensation. The compensation table lists about $158.4 billion in 2025 stock awards for Musk. • Approving PWC as Tesla's auditor for 2026. There is no mention of any merger with SpaceX in this proxy filing. Letter from Tesla Chair of the Board, Robyn Denholm: "Dear Fellow Shareholders, 2026 has been a year of investment and progress for Tesla. We continued solidifying our foundation by strengthening our core vehicle, energy and services businesses as we build the infrastructure for our next phase of growth. We also moved closer to a future of autonomous transportation and real-world super intelligence (“SI”). This year, we began producing Cybercab at Gigafactory Texas and expanded our Robotaxi service to more U.S. cities. FSD (Supervised) usage grew exponentially as we continued to gain users and expand into new markets. We surpassed over 10 million vehicles delivered, and the Model Y remains on track to be the best-selling vehicle this year of any kind, globally, as we achieved record deliveries in countries around the world. We launched the Tesla Semi, which will revolutionize the trucking industry, and unveiled the long- awaited Next Gen Roadster. We also made progress in energy generation and storage, with record deployments out of Megafactory Shanghai and production of the new Megapack 3 at our Megafactory in Texas. As SI infrastructure demand increases, energy storage will be critical to expand capacity from the existing grid. At the same time, we continued developing the products and investing in the infrastructure required to provide them at scale, including building our Semi factory in Nevada and the first production lines for Optimus, and additional data center capacity to train our SI systems. Our recent investments in battery and chip manufacturing, including our Terafab initiative, will help secure the supply of critical components enabling us to offer products affordably on a mass market basis so that humanity may benefit. We remain focused on managing costs and maintaining the financial strength to support our ambitious long-term goals. We have accomplished a great deal, but we are still at the early stages of what we believe Tesla can become. Our employees’ innovation, hard work and dedication are essential to realizing that potential and creating lasting value for you, our shareholders. Your confidence in Tesla means a great deal to us, and we take the trust of our shareholders seriously. We listen to you, as your voices and votes help shape our governance and our future. And, as a Board, we want to continue hearing from as many of you as possible. That includes retail investors, who face technological barriers to traditional voting. As a result, Tesla recently pioneered the creation of user-friendly practical tools to empower the voices of retail shareholders, which provide a no-fee, investor-directed voting process similar to those currently available to institutional investors. And because we believe all retail voices should be heard across the capital markets, we have made sure the framework supporting enrollment into voluntary retail voting programs would not only be available to Tesla, but to all public companies. As we look ahead, we have the building blocks, vision and team necessary to achieve our bold yet worthwhile objectives. I am honored to serve on the Board alongside Elon Musk and JB Straubel, two technological visionaries whose leadership has helped make Tesla what it is today. The three of us are grateful to have been nominated to serve for another term on the Board of this extraordinary company. We understand that a steady and experienced hand during this time of rapid technological change is essential to Tesla’s success. Therefore, your vote is critical to maintaining that leadership, and I ask you to vote FOR our re-election to the Board so we can continue guiding Tesla through our next phase of growth. We have transformed numerous industries before, ranging from electric vehicles to battery storage systems. We could not be more excited to do it again, as we bring SI into the physical world. The best is yet to come. Thank you for your continued support of Tesla. Very truly yours, Robyn Denholm Chair of the Board"

Ken Bigley was a British engineer who in 2004 was captured by an Islamic group, that would later form ISIS. They brutally decapitated him on video, along with two Americans, Jack Hensley and Eugene Armstrong. What does the UK do with members of these organizations? Apparently, they let them waltz around freely, grocery shopping in the UK. Before you get too comfortable with bashing the UK for their spineless stance(as you should), remember that there are most likely thousands of these savages who came into the United States unvetted during the Biden administration — walking freely among us.

She will never “learn her lesson”. Women are NPCs (Naturally Pursuing Consensus). You don’t gain power by changing their hearts and minds. You change their hearts and minds by gaining power. Ignore them, beat the zeitgeist, and watch all of them default to factory settings.
