After a 9.5hr flight in Premium Economy from Vancouver to London with @AirCanada with no screen or inflight entertainment and a spotlight flashing for 3 hours on a night flight they have come back and offered $75 voucher towards another flight. What a disgrace!!
How long do @AirCanada customer service take to contact you after an onboard compensation form / code was given to me? Flight was 22nd Dec to UK in Premium and no screen for 9.5 hours and over head light on disco mode
