Very well-written, fact-based, intelligent, and balanced piece by @ElieDolgin on cervical lymphatic surgery for Alzheimer’s @Nature. I believe there is something real and potentially very exciting here—and our new mouse data make me even more optimistic. But we need to move carefully. Hype and poorly controlled studies could kill a promising approach before we learn whether, how, and in whom it actually works.
