@BootsUK please sort your flu vacc booking system! Hubby booked 6th Nov online: 2 reminders Walked to chemist yesterday told they couldn't do his vacc as no pharmacist! No text/call to say don't attend! Today had email saying we think you might have missed your appt Poor service!
