My girls are in blindages.
My girls sometimes die under fire.
My girls are in the ambulances and stabilization points, stopping the bleeding and saving others.
My girls evacuate wounded, donate, fundraise, drive to the front with heavy boxes, weave camo nets, buy old trucks, pack IFAKs, buy weapons.
My girls wear camo and bury friends.
I’m proud and honored to have all these women in my life 🫡

* He is the first convicted felon ever nominated by a major political party, the first found liable for sexual abuse and business fraud and the first whose business was convicted of criminal tax fraud.
* He is the first nominated just days after a failed assassination attempt.
* He is the first nominated after trying to overturn an election that his own advisers told him he lost in an effort to hold onto power.
Some historical notes as Trump claims his nomination:
* He is the first former president nominated again by his party after losing the White House since Grover Cleveland.
* He is the first person nominated three times for president since Richard Nixon (1960, '68, '72) and the first nominated three times in a row since FDR.

“The solution agreed to in the settlement is landmark, but not surprising. College sportshas been trending in this direction for years, with athletes receiving more and more monetary benefits and rights they say were long overdue.” - the Guardian
“Whether the new compensation model is subject to the Title IX gender equity law is unknown …whether schools will be able to bring NIL activities in-house as they hope ….Both topics could lead to more lawsuits.” - the Guardian

“Some of the money will come from NCAA reserve funds and insurance …though the lawsuit specifically targeted 5 conferences that are comprised of 69 schools …dozens of other schools will see smaller distributions from the NCAA to cover the mammoth payout.”- the Guardian

Being both very nosy and a metro employee means anytime I hear folks sharing a metro related frustration i will casually insert myself, ask follow up questions, show them how to use @hubNashville and then connect them to their CM 😬😬😬
