Do better @AmericanAir. I am a Platinum Pro sitting on a plane with a short connection and the people checking me in wouldn't give me a priority valet tag and were rude and argumentative. Not cool.

UPDATE: I got all three of my bags today delivered to the ship before we shoved off. Thank you @AmericanAir and @PrincessCruises for working together to expedite the delivery. Both were very helpful to bring about a swift solution.
