One bolt just won't come out. Why oh why did you design the engine casing like this... Oh yes to encourage lots and lots of corrosion to make things interesting 馃槉
So that's why the rear suspension felt wooden...
Rust needle bearings just need packing with WD40 and grease, they'll be as good as new 馃槀
The start of a full stripe down and rebuild with a new engine.
It makes no economic sense, but the fun meter will be maxed out 馃榿
From time to time I get asked which make of comms do you use.
Well I've used and tried lots of different Intercoms over the years and what I can say is that my current Cardo Edge unit is by far the easiest and most reliable unit.

With 290 miles completed I've put this sports bike through its paces whilst navigating roads in the Peakdistrict, Yorkshire Dales and Forest of Bowland. Some of the journey, provided by @sbrown5858 would have tested even a GS's suspension 馃槀
