Lots of challenge with emergency access and flow at the moment - so important that we look at those things that are in our gift to control. An interesting study from 2016 that suggests by discharging 80% patients by 11am hospitals can improve flow and reduced occupancy

That it's incredibly hard, but also unbelievably rewarding. I am never ever bored, I continue to learn about new nursing teams and resources out there all the time, and that's just in mental health, there are loads of opportunities. And best of all, you can make a difference.
A pleasure to have you back @rwbrownhill
A real pleasure to return to @EDCHFT1 and meet @berri76 @LouiseCroxall1. I started there 18years ago - patients still think the team are amazing! #NHSRetention @ECISTNetwork
