It just randomly occurred to me that the second graders W was reading to on September 11 are in their 30s now so y’all can just call me Wilford Brimley from now on.

You have, say, 4 prescriptions you need refilled for yourself/your kid. (1) How many calls/emails do you need to make/send? (2) How much time do you have to spend actively following up?
For the post-*whatev* archive: I love my city. I love that it remains true to itself even now. I couldn’t tell you what 99% of the words are in this poster. We all deserve a world that speaks to us, as this poster does to many people who are too rarely spoken to in this country.
