New Signing: Ben Worman Joins the Moors!💙💛
Solihull Moors are delighted to confirm the signing of midfielder Ben Worman, following his departure from Gateshead.
At just 23, Ben brings excitement - he became Cambridge United’s youngest ever player at 16, gained valuable experience across several loan spells, then impressed at Cork City and more recently Gateshead, where he became a key figure in their squad.
The talented midfielder bolsters Head Coach Matt Taylor's options in midfield ahead of the new season. 💪

A difficult decision to make but my time at Gateshead will only be looked back on with positive memories. I leave the club as a better person and player due to the incredible staff and players I had the pleasure of working with. 1/2 …
Ben Worman has departed the club following the expiration of his contract.

2/2 …. A big thank you to the fans for your continued support through the great times and the tough times. I’m sure I’ll be back in the north east at some point for a night out 🍻 for now all the best to the club for the future @GatesheadFC 🤍🖤
Showed how football should be played today… great to get another win at home and the first double of the season 😊
Onto next week.
Many people come and go in football but not many leave a mark as big as these guys have. Legends + mates forever and I wish them all the success in the world. Time for the lads to finish what we’ve started so far!! For @GatesheadFC 🤍🖤
Rob Elliot, Louis Storey & Antony Sweeney have departed the club to join @crawleytown.

Never in doubt! Great spirit shown from the team after going down to 10 men. Mr Gateshead with the winner was only right, onwards!! ❤️🏁
