Alright @TimHortons. This is a new one for me! Spent $7 on a breakfast wrap and a coffee, asked the worker to refill the hot water in my travel mug and was told there’s a .20¢ charge but I could have cold water (in a supplied paper cup) for free 🤯. Is this a new thing?

Three questions to ask yourself:
1. What went well?
2. What should we stop?
(Celebrate your failures without judgement!)
3. What should we try?

@AirbnbHelp this is a very disappointing message to your customers. By not issuing a refund and advising customer to go against Provincial Health Orders, you will be losing many customers for life - including me. @CTVMcLaughlin @annedrewa @richardzussman @keithbaldrey @adriandix

So strange! @KitchenAid_CA is this normal wear on my paddle mixer? I’ve hand washed this since I bought it, but it looked like this after making muffins today... wonder who’s going to get the mystery piece of whatever the coating is in their muffin 🤮

Super grateful that some outdoor attractions are open with social distancing measures in place, but pretty sure this isn’t it @CityofVancouver. Shouldn’t every other “pod” be closed none of these people are 6 feet apart 🤔
