My seven-year-old was eating cheese popcorn and said, "Hey look, I found Darnald Trump." (what he calls Donald Trump) 🤣
New publication out with Bob Jeanne on Neotropical social wasps. This was a really fun one to write!

Apparently it's #worldantday! Pics from a recent hike in So. Ill. showing Lasius, Formica, and Monomorium. Also, baby turtle, sphinx moth, Polistes, and WORM CITY! instagram.com/p/CDg7ro4Dcs5/…
I always try to represent @uwmadison (#badgerforlife, PhD 2012) and @laguardiacc. Proud to do both for #lagccalmamaterpride. instagram.com/p/CAguK6_A8VW/…

Why I resign as Associate Editor from Proceedings B (open letter).
I feel strongly about Registered Reports (RR) and so should you. A group around @LjerkaOstojic, @chrisdc77 & others suggested RR to Proceedings B.
They declined.
So I resigned.

Just watched a Potter Wasp (Eumeninae) return to her nest with a juicy green caterpillar to provision her young. She seemed quite concerned about my presence in the video. On her next trip she returned and sealed… instagram.com/p/B1MTQF9gXW-/…
