At one point I was one of the best athletes in the world (if you know me this is said with objectivity and no arrogance). A lifetime of sport and physical optimization. Likely got very close to maxing out my body’s capability as far as I know. I did this through learning about and optimizing everything @bevel_health tracks, without the ability to actually track those things with this frequency or fidelity. From someone that empirically knows how this info impacts physical health, my view is that @bevel_health has the potential to be one of the most important software services you interact with. Bryan Johnson and Blueprint are fine but you really don’t need all that. To discover what you can become, and operate at a high level, or simply understand the trade offs of your decisions (this is where I currently am in life with toddlers and wanting to push myself intellectually) you just need to better understand and synthesize these fundamentals, especially long term. Discover yourself with @bevel_health. It’s invaluable.

Bevel started with a simple belief that health isn’t something that happens to you. It’s something you control.
There’s more data about us than ever, from wearables to lab results to all the different apps we use, but most of it lives in silos. One app for sleep, another for workouts, another for food. But your health doesn’t work in pieces. It’s one connected system.
Bevel is the intelligent operating system for your health, bringing together data from wearables, labs, and daily habits into one connected system. With Bevel Intelligence, you can see how your sleep, training, nutrition, and recovery all work together, and get insights that help you make smarter decisions every day.
In less than 24 months, we’ve gone from a small prototype to a product helping hundreds of thousands of people work towards their health goals, whether that’s training for a marathon, recovering from an injury, or managing a chronic condition.

Good health should be joyous and fun. Not a chore.
I started Bevel because I didn’t want to feel tired anymore. I wanted to be in control of my own health.
I didn’t want to sift through mountains of data. I wanted to act upon insights with confidence.
And I didn’t want yet another device. I wanted Bevel to work with the hardware that I already had.
This is a hard problem to solve well. There is a ton of integration work to do. We have to build a lot of custom pipelines/models to actually make the AI work well. We have to make the user experience simple and delightful.
I am very excited by our progress. We have hundreds of thousands of active users and our revenue has grown 8x in the last 12 months. I am confident that our product’s combination of longitudinal and contextual data results in the highest quality health guidance.
It’s still early days but the progress and momentum are palpable.
We are excited to be partnering with General Catalyst, the world’s best health care investor to continue building Bevel. Our $10M Series A will allow us to build even faster and serve more users at scale.

Today, I am excited to introduce Bevel Intelligence, the first AI Health Companion that brings together every pillar of health and proactively helps you become the best version of yourself.
This is part of our 2025 Summer Release, the biggest update in Bevel’s history. Alongside Bevel Intelligence, we’ve added major upgrades to Nutrition (custom foods, macro goals, recipe importing), Strength Builder (live sync, supersets, AI-generated workouts), a redesigned Action Button, and support for new languages.
In total, we’re shipping 63 new features and improvements.
Bevel has always helped you track your sleep, recovery, training, and nutrition. But those insights were buried in charts and data. Bevel Intelligence changes that. It brings the bigger picture of your health to the surface and gives you guidance in real time, while keeping you in control with complete privacy.
This is the next chapter for Bevel: not just tracking your health, but truly understanding it.

I’m an advisor at @bevel_health!
I think this technology has the capability to take us to the next level.
The reasons are because I’m obsessed with gathering and synthesizing information to learn more and improve performance. In sport I was forced to bring a ton of subjective (how I feel) and objective (what a result was) data together (over years) and figure out what contributed to getting better. I had to do this intuitively because Bevel-level information wasn’t readily accessible. Something I believe elevates people and performance is brining data objectivity and synthesis to human performance which I think this software can do. Further, I’m passionate about extending healthspan and usable lifetime; something that hits home more with each passing year as my kids grow. Lastly, the team is 🔥. Insane experience in software, talent, drive, passion, and a taste for design.
