ALT Winter Storm to bring several inches of accumulating snow, strong winds, much colder temperatures Sunday. Hazardous travel conditions are likely Sunday into Monday. What’s Changed? A Blizzard Warning has been issued for portions of central and southern MN. A Winter Storm Warning has been issued for eastern MN and all of western WI. A Winter Storm Watch remains in effect for a portion of western MN due to the high uncertainty of blizzard conditions.

A wild “Home Alone” fact. The Christmas film came out in 1991 and was such a hit in Europe that “Kevin” became the most popular baby name in France, Germany and Netherlands for a few years.
But the name became coded as lower-class . In Germany, they created a derisive term (“Kevinismus”) for parents who give kids trendy or popular names (often, influenced by American pop culture) instead of traditional German ones.
