So Ryan Cohen became CEO of $GME publically on 9/28 and Wendy’s is changing their colors on 9/28 after filing chapter 11. While Cohen wants to become the new Warren Buffer who just officially stepped down. 9/28 is on a Monday afiche comes days after infinity wars end game is brought back to theaters like $AMC on 9/25. Which is the day after #AMC shareholders meeting. And roaring kittys first video back in 2024 was Thanos putting on his glove saying “I’ll finish it myself”.
Year I’m sure it’s absolutely all just coincidence. Keep moving.

When Paramount leaves, all they need is one good quarter, and the floodgates will open. Every studio will leave. Nothing anchors the film industry to CA anymore, and if the bean-counters can make movies cheaper in TN, plus pay no income tax? Game over.
You used to need to be in LA if you wanted to be in the business. All the studios were physically there, and all the celebrities lived there: LA had the status. But now, everyone is leaving. LA isn’t cool anymore. Spielberg doesn’t live there anymore, Mel Gibson’s house burned down, Nic Cage’s driveway collapsed…why stay here and do battle with naked drug zombies and hours of traffic every day?
Studios are pragmatic. They prioritize the bottom line. They relocate to film in Hungary because they can shave a few bucks off their budgets…once Paramount pumps out a few movies that are in the black a month faster because they have less overhead in Tennessee…it’s going to be an instantaneous departure for everyone.
You are watching Bob Bonta slaughter California’s golden goose right before your eyes. Insane to see.
🚨 EXCLUSIVE: Paramount to leave California, according to the L.A. Mayor's office and the California Attorney General's office.

📣📣SEC HIGH PROFILE ROUNDTABLE
HOW TO STEAL 24/7
SEC Chairman Paul Atkins gathered the greatest minds of the organized crime syndicate to war room their plans for 24/7 stealing.
Atkins also made a surprise announcement
"Officially issuing temporary exemptions that open the pathway for onchain trading of tokenized U.S stocks." 🤔

At first glance, this kinda seems crazy to me. I need to better understand it, but it really seems like the SEC is trying to push trading outside of regulated entities entirely. From a market manipulation perspective this seems like an enforcement nightmare.

After what happened with tokenized #AMC shares, calling this “innovation” is absurd. Without auditable 1:1 backing, segregated custody, and enforceable shareholder rights, these are not shares — they are synthetic IOUs dressed up as stocks. If they create unbacked supply, obscure beneficial ownership, or facilitate naked short exposure, that is not market modernization or innovation. It is a mechanism for dilution and deception — and a potential case of #FRAUD.

Dark pools are designed primarily to allow large institutional trades to be executed without immediately moving the market against the buyer or seller. But AMC is sitting at $2.50, just $2.50 from zero. So what exactly is being “protected” when 71% of today’s volume is executed off-exchange? At some point, regulators need to examine whether this extraordinary level of off-exchange trading is impairing genuine price discovery and preventing buying pressure from being fully reflected in the displayed market. This has gone on far too long. Where are the regulators?p @sec @finra @CEOAdam

If a token can be used as a “locate” to short a REAL stock, then one question matters:
WHERE IS THE REAL SHARE?
A digital representation shouldn’t magically create additional supply of something that’s supposed to be scarce.
If the shares exist, prove the backing and trace the locate.
If they don’t, how the hell can they justify a short sale?
Real shares. Real locates. Real accountability.
Anything less deserves an investigation. 🔎

Replying to @CEOAdam
@CEOAdam Robinhood Tokenized Securities are used as “locates” to borrow an AMC share (real or naked) and short it into the market. Creating more open shorts on AMC.
Since these tokens are not associated to AMC Company; why are they allowed to be used as “locates” to short the actual AMC Company. These Tokens must be stopped.
Jeff retweeted
Tokenization is the controlling of assets. Nobody should have that kind of control. Nobody should be entrusted with that kind of power.
It is a power grab plain and simple. Things needed controlling in 2021 they tokenized them. Things are getting volatile again. tokenize them.
