Right now I do not want new character's to join the guild hall nor new writers, as long as you tell me who you wish to switch out and that person has been in the guild before then I am ok with it. I need to make sure some things are smoothed out before we get new and active ....

That's exactly why I don't. It makes it easy for bullies to harass unrelated alts, and people often judge alts by the writer not the actual RPs.
