My wife, Sarah, is a psychologist with a Master’s degree, and I’m a data scientist. Together, we run Behavior Shift, where we explore psychology, habits, self-improvement, and behavior change.
Thank you for your time and support.
The fastest way to grow is to surround yourself with people who shrink your ego and expand your mind.
Most people who say they don't care about money spend their entire lives controlled by it. They feel noble for not trying to improve their financial situation, but when the bills pile up and they can't take advantage of any (most) opportunities that require money, they pull the victim card.
It's okay. You can say it. Money is important. That doesn't make you a bad person.

Most people think sales is about logic.
But the highest performers know it’s about storytelling.
The best entrepreneurs aren’t just builders.
They’re narrators of possibility.
They make people feel something.
This is how:
uncomfortable truths about your mind:
procrastination : fear of failure
people pleasing : low self worth
overthinking : need for control
perfectionism : fear of judgement
self criticism : unresolved shame / repressed desires
indecision : fear of regret
burnout : ignored boundaries
resentment : unspoken needs
anxiety : unprocessed emotions
numbness : emotional overload
irritability : unmet needs
isolation : fear of vulnerability
apathy : loss of meaning
One incredible destructive word in the human language is "deserve." Wars start with it. Relationships die from it. Most of us torture ourselves with it daily.
