A gentleman (I’ll call him that for now) posted on Facebook today that he hated me because at 9 years old I declined to give him an autograph. He is in his 40’s. 🙄 Apparently I said “Sorry kid” when he asked.
So I replied to him today: “Sorry adult man” 😑 Can you imagine harboring that kind of hate for 30 years and coming to my page to tell me that you hated me? 🤷🏼
This is who my book “Get a Life” was written for.😉

Dev managerial tip: devs love problem solving. Phrase what you want to accomplish in the form of a problem, and your may find their motivation skyrockets. But acknowledge their proposed solutions. Using even small portions of their ideas can give them a sense of co-ownership.

If everyone got vaccinated, we’d not only reduce the number of COVID hospitalizations, we would also enable everyone else who needs hospital care to have access to it.
Your decision not to get vaccinated affects more people than just you.
