@airbnb_au has turned into a bin fire for guests - twice in the last month I've made a booking, then planned and booked events around the accomodation, only to have the host cancel leaving me high & dry with no other accomodation available - it's a shame, as it was amazing 🫠🗑️🔥

Their support team is no help - just telling me it's "extremely rare" for this to happen. No ramifications for the host - probably cancelling me for a higher value booking on another platform.
